  Absolutely excellent product at a great price - I play over 150 rounds a year, 3.8 handicap and use brand new during tournaments, but these 5A balls are so dang close to perfect, it hard to tell the difference.

  When they say a ball is pristine they mean it. Every ball looks new. I have bought from other companies and none of them have a pristine category and their best ball is not close in quality to a Found Golf Ball ball. Don’t waste your money on any of the other companies

  placing an order is easy. When I got my order it was as advertised. the problem was I did not receive my order for over two weeks. after a week it kept telling me the date I it was to be delivered. never showed up. I contacted the seller and they as me to wait a little longer. I did and nothing changed. I had to ask them to track it for me. The seller was not very willing to track but they finally did and I got it a few days later. golf ball were very good. Customer service, not so good.

  I purchased 5 dozen "near mint" golf balls. Obviously "Found Golf Balls" definition of a near mint ball is much different than mine. Out of 5 dozen ball I had about 6-7 that were heavily marked. I feel certain that those individuals who processed the order could have removed those balls and found more suitable balls; ones that more closely matched the rest of the order.

  First off you mislead people saying that the engraving is included in the price, then added $2.00 more dollars, the engraving needs to be more BOLD you can barely see it, do like the balls.

  Recently bought a mix of Taylormade golf balls. I've not had the opportunity to play golf yet since after my order arrived, the weather in WI this time of year isn't cooperating. I was skeptical about buying used golf balls online. Sent an email to Found Golf Balls before buying to ask if any of these balls are found in water. I might have offended someone on their end. My reply was "These are not water balls", point taken. I did purchase the 5 dozen deal. I'm super impressed with the quality, most look like they were pulled from a new sleeve. There are a few different types of Taylormade balls in there and most are on the higher end as far as the different models go.

  I ordered 5 dozen of the 5A grade recycled golf balls. Most of the golf balls were as described in the rating but a few were sightly discolored and did not have the "gloss and appearance of a new golf ball". I'm fine with that as there were also about 2 dozen balls that had no logos or ink spots. Would definitely recommend.

  Dear Don, We sell pristine quality which have no lgoos. The 5a you ordered will contain logos on the balls. With respect to the foreign fees we do not charge any foreign fees. Sometimes because we bill out of Canada the credit card issue can impose a small foreign transaction fee which we do not collect the bank does. Please let us know what this assessment charge was and we will refund it.
