  The golf balls I ordered were not the grade as described by Found Golf Balls. I contacted them and was told I would receive a refund. As of yet, I have not received that refund. Would not recommend.

  This is the ONLY place i will get golf balls now. There is simply no reason to shop anywhere else. The website is easy to navigate. The customer service is above and beyond with the only issue i have ever had ( and that was the delivery co, not foundgolfballs, and the processing and shipping is fast.

  I have not actually played golf with the golf balls. However, I am more than thrilled with the packaging, delivery, and price! 300 golf balls is a nice start to my golf season. Will I lose all 300?   I received 5 dozens golf balls labeled 5a mint condition. Approximately 10 of the balls had numbers that were nearly washed off and several had initials or dry mark personnel markings that were halfway washed off. I expected a newer looking golf ball.

  Received totally wrong order , diff name on invoice wrong balls inside box i have emailed 2x and called 3 x in almost 2 weeks with no response on their end. Not happy at all doesnt take 2 weeks to respond to any customer after paying for 7 dozen balls Received 5 doz and not the correct balls.

  Was given the wrong balls with the correct custom stamp. Emailed company twice without receiving a response. Was sent an email from UPS a few days later that I was receiving a package from them. A few days later the correct balls with the stamp arrived. I am pleased they did the right thing but annoyed no one responded to my multiple emails. Will probably use again.

  I ordered 5 dozen 5A mint ProV1’s. I received 4 dozen that I would consider the 5A rating. I dozen were not quality and definitely of a lower rating. I reached out to customer service regarding this issue and the reimbursed me for that dozen. I am completely satisfied and really glad they put the customer first.
