  Overall good company. Ship fast and no problems on multiple orders. The grading system is a bit suspect. I buy “Mint” and “Near Mint” and have found several balls in each order were well below a reasonable definition of the category.

  Out of the first bag of 5 dozen, several of the balls were water stained and the performance of those balls was not good. Not indicative of a grade 4A. Those balls were in the water for a long time.

  Overall, my order of 5 dozen Srixon Z Star golf balls were in excellent to pristine condition. However, I found 2 or 3 that were slightly discolored (not as white as the others). This is why I choose to play this golf ball because I think they are a brighter white than the other brands. It's a personal thing and they are a very good golf ball.

  The ordering process and delivery process were great. I am a long time customer of Found Golf Balls. Always had a great experience. This was the exception. I wrote customer service becuase the half of the balls had the Taylor Made Hot X logo instead of the Triangle. I emailed customer service and Shaun told me tey were the same. I sent pictures and he said we just agree to disagree, take care. Which is a nice way of saying get lost, we dont care. Now I will not be a customer anymore. Take Care Shuan.

  Normally I am very satisfied with my order. Previously I ordered neon green Bridgestone. This time I ordered lime green sirixon balls. On the site the color looked the same. When they came they were green but not neon and I hate them. You can’t see them. A green ball on green grass … not good. Also, the rating on the balls did NOT reflect on the quality of balls that I received. Some were faded on one half like they were stuck in the ground others had big ugly initials on them. Wanted to let you know that next time I’ll go back to Frank’s.

  I've used Found Golf Balls 3 times in the past. The quality of their balls is excellent, and their prices are very reasonable. I only gave them 4 stars out of 5 because when I first ordered from them I was able to get all number 1's, which is what I prefer to play. The second and third time they said they could not do that. I even offered to pay more for the extra service. No dice. I think this is an extra service that they should offer.

  I know that... hence my comment, above. I'm just suggesting that an extra step, a manual step, when requested, could generate extra goodwill (if you didn't charge) or even extra revenue if you offered this extra service for a fee. Just an FYI, between my purchases from you I twice bought 4 dozen balls from my pro shop, at greater cost, because they would sell me all number 1's.

  Have purchased balls many times in the past with no issues. Balls were in good condition. While there is a disclosure regarding logo balls could be in the mix this is the first time receiving any. Ball quality seems to be the same as the no logo balls. I will buy again understanding this possibility.

  Have purchased balls in the past and had been very satisfied.Still feel the same way. The only negative which was minor was that some of the balls were discolored and others appeared to be repainted with excess paint that filled in dimples. I have not had a chance to use the batch, but am pretty certain that I will continue to be satisfied with the site and product.

  The Callaway Triple Track seemed to be pretty bad quality for $20/dozen. I thought that 4A would be a bit nicer, but there were lots of marks and wear on the balls in comparison to past orders it seemed. The Callaway Truvis were much better from what I saw.

  I'm intending to keep them and use them, but "honesty" is a good thing both as feedback for you as well as setting expectations for your current and future customers.   Look at the rating scale before purchasing. I thought all 5s meant pristine. Apparently not. Mine came with many markings and logos on the balls and a few were discolored, making me concerned as to where they were found and if they were in water for a long time. While the price is good, it’s not great for balls that are clearly used.

  The website was extremely user friendly and will laid out. I ordered 2 sets of golf balls which one of the sets was no longer in stock after I ordered. The team at found golf balls was quick to reach out, explain the issue, and provide a solution. Their solution was to upgrade my order with no other questions asked other than which upgraded ball did I want. This in my opinion was top notch and will make me come back to order more in the future
