  Purchased "mint" condition balls. Websters defines "mint" as "perfect condition; a state of being like new." The balls sent to me had logos and markings on them. When questioned, Found Golf Balls declared that is acceptable as they define "mint" condition. Who knew a company can re-define the meaning of a word.

  I love the free customization option. I was able to order 2 dozen balls with my logo and they shipped within 2 days and arrived within a week even with ground shipping. The balls look fantastic! Now, as I scatter these things all over creation, some lucky people will find my company logo.

  This is my second order from "Found". (I wish that I didn't need to have to order again but weeds, trees, and ponds, ate the first order). LOL. The balls were exactly as advertised, pristine. Oh, maybe one or two of the 4 dozen I ordered had a very minor scuff but you had to look for it. Great value for the money and they were delivered within a week.

  Description of balls said yellow callaway. I assumed bright yellow. Balls I received were matte yellow. They need to specify if bright or matte. Most balls were of good quality with several with scuff marks.

  Shipping & price was ok, but balls were listed as 4A (Near Mint, used). Lots of logo balls (which is ok), too many older looking balls with discoloration from age and wear. These balls would rate more as 2.5 to 3.0 in condition.

  I ordered 5 dozen mint balls. I was a bit disappointed with some of the balls. They did not meet my quality expectation due to small scuffs and stains. I judged them to be about 75 % mint quality and about 25 % near mint quality. They were all playable so I did not return the order.

  I have ordered many times and have been generally satisfied. The balls this time were not of same quality as usual. There were many balls that looked like they had been buried in mud for some time as well as rmany other balls with irregularities. The balls did not come bagged in dozen bags like normal, I like having the bags to place in my golf bag. The order process,payment, and shipping on website is good. Buying in bulk is also a nice savings, but just not satisfied with overall quality this time. According to the description the 4A balls should look like they were used for one round, not buried in some pond for who knows how long.

  When I put my order in, the wrong shipping address was accidently put in! As soon as I realized it, I called and emailed found golf balls to change the address! No one called back and no one emailed me back! Even if they had called, or emailed and was to late to change the address I wouldn't have been upset, but not to respond back at all, that is NOT good customer service!
