  Everything from the order went great. Problems Occurred after my purchase with two charges to my account. These charges came with your name as being the charger. After a while it was discussed I I e mailed my concern. Shaun. addressed my concern and it was determined that my bank charges for international exchange. Discussion with Shaun was professional and polite.

  Got my three dozen balls in a box first bag was good second bad was about a four third bag was a three I love the way they packed them put the good ones at the top and slowly got worse as you got deeper in the Box

  I have been buying logo golf balls from" Found Golf Balls" for my tournament for about 8 years. Always been good. This year we had a logo issue. They corrected it and sent new balls ASAP. Very happy.

  Ordered 5 dozen 5A mint and not one ball had a mark or logo on it. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong ball, I meant to get the Chrome Soft X but ordered Chome Soft instead. It would cost me too much to ship them back I suppose so I have to live with my mistake. Balls were in immaculate condition though. Jon

  I have been burned several times buying "used" golf balls from different companies. Spending the extra money for the "pristine" balls. Found Golf Balls are truly awesome. 5 dozen brand new/brand and version I ordered. They have all different company logos which I find very cool and unique. Amazing value!

  After multiple attempts to reach the site prior to my order being processed, no contact was made. My order was shipped to the wrong address. I tried multiple times to contact them via phone and via email. I still do not have my package. I no longer live at the address it was shipped to. Customer service really dropped the ball on this order.

  Weird, the only email I find from you all on the 29th was one of your marketing emails. The refund has not shown up yet either. I coincidentally had to return something I bought online to Walmart on the 29th. They were able to issue a credit to my account the same day. It's been four days since the 29th. Is there an issue?

  I ordered multiple types of balls in multiple grades for myself and my son who is just taking up the game. I would have to say that the appearance of the balled I was shipped were much higher than what the level of grading was. When I have ordered pre used balls before the grading that I got was usually sub par, but the 8 dozen balls I got from Foundgolfballs was way above what I was expecting for the grade I ordered. I will continue to purchase balls from them as long as the quality stays top notch.

  Ordered 300 mixed Srixon golf balls and received 300 Srixon Marathon balls. (the cheapest they make). I expected to get mostly cheap and a handful of Q and Z stars. I did not expect to get 300 of the cheapest single core ball that Srixon makes. When I reached out I got no reply. Wont be doing that again.

  The ordering process was easy and the product arrived in the timeframe expected. The playing condition of the balls were great. However I had ordered 6 dozen bold matte pink balls and found only a small percentage of them still had boldness in color. The majority of the balls were very dull and stained and lacked the visual appeal I had hoped for. There is also a very unpleasant musty odor that doesn't go away.

  The golf balls in their condition I do not believe were worth the price. I will not be ordering from them again. I found Callaway Chrome Truvis Green to be no better than the Srixon golf balls I use and they are $11 a dozen cheaper.

  Several delays and rescheduled deliveries by UPS. Although not their fault, I had to contact foundgolfballs.com to voice my concern and stated that if the balls were not delivered after the last reschedule delivery notice, I would be cancelling the order. When I finally received the balls, I inspected and generally they were OK. However, the order was incorrect. Also, there were several that I would not grade as mint or pristine, which is what I ordered. I've dealt with this company in the past and this was not up to previous standards.

  I purchased mint condition and they came in that condition. I was happy about that but the free personalization is weak. Not very dark and is nearly gone after 2 rounds. It was free but wish it stayed on longer. Delivery time is poor. UPS service took nearly a week to receive and I paid the shipping fee.
