I would’ve given 5 stars for quality if customer service on the phone…. But I had 3 orders and each was sent to the wrong addresses. We are snowbirds and I gave our summer address in NJ. However, all 3 items were sent to Boca addresses, one being long extinct!!!????!???! Now, when I return in November and try on the items, the window for full refund will long be over. .. will I even be able to exchange??? This was a big faux pas and while I still appreciated the wonderful agent, this mess up by shipping is really off

Besides the stilted English not adequately translated, from Chinese or whatever, the attitude between the lines is always”tough luck on you.” Thank you for this response above. I appreciate very much the understanding that the computer in shipping messed up or perhaps, because of all the wonderful help being offered on the call, in every detail, the information that I was going away for many months was overlooked. The reason I had called in the first place was to arrange replacements for the items I was returning, to be sent to our Lakewood address in time for me to have them for the the summer hikes, travelling, and hours standing cooking, over the many months away. And, I CERTAINLY would NOT have given a defunct address for shipping. It’s hard to figure out how this error, which is not typical of FYL, occurred. But, thank you again for reassuring me that I am still a valued customer and that attention and help ( refund or exchange)will be forthcoming if any of the 3 products, especially the socks, prove unbearable when we return in November

I paid $12.40 extra to make sure my order was delivered before I left for vacation. My order did not arrive when promised so I did not have it for vacation. Then when I called to complain I was told as a one time courtesy they would rebate my extra postage fee! This was not my fault that order did not deliver when promised but that reply made me feel that way. I am currently looking for another company to order my hose from.

The service was good the hose were awful! I ordered the same size I always order but they weren’t even close to fitting. Way smaller than other larges I have bought before. The sizing wasn’t good and needs some work on it. As a result I never even wore this pair. Couldn’t get them on to be comfortable

Three orders in a row, all in stock ready to ship then suddenly out of stock. Took a month and a half for a refund. Decided one more chance, in stock, then not in stock. Out of the blue I got a partial drop ship from manufacturer then a week later FYL sends and email saying the partial was on it's way. Called, told a two month delay for the rest so requested a refund again and the next day one of the two pairs I was waiting on arrived, again without notice. Now waiting to see how refund or last pair arriving happens.

My refund has, per email from FYL, been posted with my credit card. The Sigvaris sheer stockings in 20-30 mmHg are the first compression stockings I’ve had that are actually sheer. At 5’11”, I appreciate that they come in Tall sizing. They’re comfortable and fit well.

Always great service. I was ordering an item I've ordered before, but didn't recall the description. CSR ("Keith" I think) found my order history quickly and took my order; very pleasant. The only hang-up was that the manufacturer used Fed Ex, which is bad because they can never get into my building (UPS etc. can do so)! Eventually I had to talk to Fed Ex on the phone and give the building code.

I forget the name of your employee who assisted me, but he was very helpful, courteous and efficient in processing my order and answering my questions. He was very up-beat and friendly, a pleasure to work with. However, I am still not happy with the color "Warm Sand"/Sigvaris sheer knee-hi's, that has replaced their color "Natural." It is very pink-appearing on my legs and doesn't look sheer or "natural" at all, even though I was told that it's the same color!! when I called Sigvaris about this. They told me the formula/dyes had not been changed but it certainly looks like a different color and has nothing to do with my wear or washing as they suggested. The Sigvaris rep. I spoke with also said that other customers had complained about this change. SIGVARIS, Please bring back your color "Natural!" Would you please comment, For Your Legs staff, and I would appreciate hearing from other customers as well about this change of name/color for Sigvaris sheer compression hosiery. Thank you. Sandy W.

I’ve ordered from FYL a few times and I’ve never had any problems at all. The shipping times are fairly quick, and so far, I’ve always received my order and it’s always exactly what I ordered. The notifications are timely. It’s as good as an experience as I can have ordering products online.

Ordering was the easy part! The 1st pair had a hole in them the first time I put them on. This pair was replaced. The 2nd pair had a hole in them when I put them on for the 2nd usage. I have been wearing this brand for a number of years and I always treat my socks with the utmost care so was very surprised to find a hole in this pair also. I don't know if there is a problem with this batch of socks or if it is just my bad luck. The date on the boxes for these socks are 2023-03-17. These socks are too expensive to have to buy a new pair every day!

The person who helped me was excellent. I have been disappointed in the order however. I thought we had worked it out the the stockings would be similar to the ones i have ordered for years. The color was diffenet and they seem tighter. I am hoping this will change as I continue to wear them.

Great fabric, fit and appearance. I especially appreciate the color of the beige stocking because it is more neutral than other brands. Jjuzo makes an excellent product. I also use a Juzo shrinker stocking on my residual leg to maintain compression and protection.

I ordered the ultra sheer in the same size as I have been ordering for years and it was almost impossible to get on. It seemed a lot smaller. Once they were on I guess they were OK but disappointed. Also have not received the second pair on the order yet.

The selections do not work for me— mediven’s sheer & soft knee highs don’t come in an open toe petite length which is pretty useless for wearing with sandals. Joist ultra sheer knee highs can be ordered in open toe petite, but are so long the open toe area starts beyond my toes, and come up to right behind my knee—and the size chart indicates petite is 15 inches and under in length. The heavier styles of both mediven and jobst fit fine, but I desperately need a lighter compression stocking for the hot, humid summer months. I’m SO frustrated!
