  I have been using For Your Legs for many years and like the ease of ordering the compression stockings I use and the compression socks for my husband.   I have been using For Your Legs for several years now and have always found their service to be excellent. Returns are possible and easy if I try something new and it doesn't work for me. I regularly purchase Mediven Comfort Open Toe Knee High stockings and have been very satisfied with the comfort, durability and appearance of this every day hose, The toeless stockings stay in place. I wear "Sandstone" which is a good neutral color, FYL offers so many brands and styles you are bound to find what you need! Mediven Comfort works and looks best for me!!

  The item is listed as ultra-sheer. I would call them opaque. The top of the socks have a sticky elastic substance that does not feel very nice. Same product on another site, but the ones from the other site had a lighter color that was more attractive.

  After many years of searching for compression hose that were comfortable to wear and helped with circulation I have found them at FYL. I was so pleased with the three pairs that I ordered the first time that I have ordered another three pairs. 'I use them especially when volunteering at the hospital as I am on my feet for a long time. They are so comofrtable that they are my "go to" hose most days of the week.   I was informed by my vein doctor to try this brand as over the counter compression socks were not working nor comfortable. I went to a pharmacy and received a measuring tape to correctly identify my size. Then I ordered two pairs of compression socks from your site. I received the package and I measured wrong...too small. I called and got Liz on the call and she was AWESOME She asked for additional measurements and sent me a return label and as soon as USPS registered the label, my corrected replacement order was placed. They arrived and were correct and are so comfortable.

  There were green dye spots on the stockings. Otherwise the quality is fine. For me, they work because I wear long pants when I wear these. BUT these should not have gotten through the company's quality assurance checks. VERY obvious green spots.

  Thank you but I don't have time to do everything needed to return these. I will wear them under clothes and next time, order a different brand from a different supplier. It would have been VERY hard to miss these defects and my guess is that many other products in the same batch had them.

  Therafirm® Ease Opaque Knee High 20-30 mmHg w/ Silicone Band: The small/long in beige have the small tag sowed to the inside of the silicon band. However, the same style and size in black has replaced the tag with the same information stitched into the bottom of the sock toe, which is a thinner material. The toe stitching is prone to causing fabric runs in the thin material toe area.

  I had 3 orders. They all, it seems, went to the wrong address somehow, one of them even to a defunct address I had marked as no longer being a primary address! I mentioned in a previous review that I had not received my order. Now I know why. Cannot figure out how this error occurred. The agent who took my call was warm, pleasant, knowledgeable, capable, and understanding. I explained our situation, that we were leaving for quite a few months and I needed the support items for our travels. I gave the address in NJ to send the orders to, thinking they would come in one delivery. 3 orders to different addresses, none to NJ. Thus,I did not have the opportunity to try out a new product, nor gain benefit from the known ones. Usually FYL is extremely helpful, on the phone. The email agents have a lot to learn about customer service, and English writing. The disappointment of not receiving these items in a timely manner cannot be assuaged due to “ray’s” writing me that I have no recourse since the time limit has passed. I feel confident that when I call about this shipping error, a phone agent will work with me and that if the knee highs are too tight or uncomfortable, some refund or even exchange will be awarded since it was obviously an oversight. Not typical of FYL. Mistakes happen. They can also be corrected.
