  Rec;d the wrong product-they sent another & it was wrong too. So I am getting a full refund and have to find another company to go with. Has nothing to do with the product I actually ordered. Service only was not the best. However, in the past when I ordered they were together and service was great.

  If I thought I could get the right item that I had ordered, I would order again. I never had problems in the past, but this is hard on me due to being a senior citizen and having to get to the post office to send package back, etc. Yes, I think you need to fix your hiccups.

  My order was delivered to the wrong address. Called FYL when pkg was about 3 days overdue and USPS stated the package was already delivered. the FYL representative immediately offered to send me replacement order and a claim form with the USPS. she apologized, even though the company was NOT at fault. I told here let's wait a couple of days and then proceed with Plan B. Plan B was to get a replacement ordered shipped and file a claim with the USPS. Fortunately, the package showed up 3 days later and Plan B was never executed. Also the pkg had been opened and resealed with pink duct tape!. I suspect the recipient did not immediately process the package for return. The represent was very understanding and did all in her power to resolve the situation. Great job For Your Legs. You will have my business for another 10 years or so. chuck

  Customer service was fine. I ordered the comfort mediven compression hose. I wore the hose one day, and the silicone band would not stay snug to my leg. Do I need to wash it for it to stay put on my leg?

  Very easy to make my order via the telephone.. Person I talked to was very helpful and made sure I got my discount. Received my order via the mail very quickly. Hose are the best that is available. I have had to wear them for the last 20 years and I have never been disappointed in them in any way. Keep up the good work!!!!

  I was able to navigate the site okay; I found the product I was looking for, viewed the size chart and placed an order. When I got to the place for paying for my order, I ran in to difficulty; fortunately a phone call to Customer Service was very helpful. I received my order; unfortunately the size chart and the product in my opinion did not match; it was too, too small. So, I proceeded the with the return, Again I had difficulty in obtaining the return mailing paper on line; once again I called Customer Service and they were very helpful; they e-mailed me the return mailing paper. I sent the product back and For Your Legs was prompt in crediting my account, minus the return shipping charge.

  I have been wearing these compression knee-highs for years. They're a great help. Shipping is a little slow but the product is worth the wait. Customer service is excellent. Call is answered in a reasonable time and by a real live person. Agent has always been pleasant and helpful.
