Verified reviewI ordered 3 items: 1 moisturizing shampoo, 1 hair conditioner (Jacmel) and 1 moisturizing hair cream (Belle Anse). Unfortunately, I received 2 hair conditioners and no moisturizing hair cream. I emailed the contact on the USA and the French website so they can fix the issue but none of the email addresses on the websites works. I keep getting the same message “unable to deliver your email after several retries “.
