Verified reviewI received my order quite quickly and was please with the quality of the product. In spite of ordering the recommended quantity of wool and following the pattern I have but unfortunately run out of wool before completing the project. I was pleased to know that I could order up to 3 additional skeins of the same dye lot (subject to availability) and have tried to order additional wool using the online forms but they are not recognizing the product I am trying to in order even though it is still listed on the website. I have tried to request follow up by phone or email but can not submit those forms. I am marking this review as unsatisfactory due to the poor follow up. I am experienced knitter who usually has little difficulty completing a project but others may not be.

Verified reviewI love Bergere for years. Now, surprised me so much. I wait for my order almost 4 weeks! There was no information about the changes, reorganizations etc. I didn't receive any information about shipping and tracking number. After I contact with the customer support, they explained me everything. Also, in the past, every time I order something I got some free catalogue, or the annual one, for $0. That hasn't happened this time.Even that my order came finally. Thank you :)
