  Very impressed with their customer service. I found the lens I was looking for on their website and emailed them to see if it was in stock before ordering.   I would buy from Empire Photo Shop any day. We had some issues to work out with shipping and the nice person answering the phone tracked down an answer for me, called me back to let me know what was happening, and called me back AGAIN at the end of the day to give me an update.

  I live in northern California and ordered a hard-to-find Nikon battery from this website and to my surprise, they had it in stock.   Great Service From A Great Company! I ordered a Canon XA70 4K pro camcorder with 3G-SDI from EMPIRE PHOTO store because I had ordered items before and was very pleased with the service I received. The canon vixia hf r 800 and was surprised that EMPIRE PHOTO seemed the only company to have stock. On top of that they were including a free external mic with the deal. The camera was delivered overnight by courier, I was informed the date and time of the delivery via text and email and even included the driver's name. Great service from EMPIRE PHOTO as always. I believe the Canon XA70 4K is one of Canon's greatest cameras for the type of video work I do and all for under $2600.

  Great Service I have used their service on a number of occasions and have always been delighted with the quality of Service and the excellent advice that I received. This time I wanted to meet staff face to face about an upgrade to my binoculars. They were happy to let me try out a number of possibilities in different price ranges. I am really happy with what i have chosen. Then I had some items that I wished them to sell for me.   I have ordered several items over the past year, every time the ordering and delivery process was pain free and quick. One order, DJI Mavic 3 series intelligent flight battery , was damaged in transit (UPS post knew they damaged it and held the package), E.P.S sent a replacement immediately which arrived next day - even before the UPS/Mail damaged item had been received back by E.P.S- really pleased with efficient customer service, no quibbles whatsoever! I know many of us buy on price, E.P.S are often competitive, so just check around. I would highly recommend.

  Bargain telescope. ' The Celestron Astromaster 127 MAK telescope is very good quality. Haven't had a chance to use it properly yet due to weather conditions and wrong time for viewing gaseous giants planets. When it arrived it was exactly what was promised. I'm delighted with it. Just waiting for the right weather and unpolluted skies!

  EOS RP CAMERA w/RF24-105mm LENS I purchased the EOS RP kit which included the RF 24-105 f/4L, EG-E1 Extension Grip and basic Mount Adapter. So far I am extremely happy with my new camera! I have lots to learn about its many features. I bought the $1699 kit from Empire Photo Shop and couldn't be more pleased. Its about time Canon!

  Great lens, great retailer What I really wanted to comment on is Empire~Photo~Shop. First time I’ve used them, but won’t be last. In researching this lens and who was selling it, it was obvious that there are a lot of less reputable online stores telling you that they can sell this exact lens for less. Empire~Photo~Shop is an authorized Nikon reseller, fair priced, has easy to use web site, provided good customer reviews, and got lens here a day early. Thanks for doing it right!

  Tamron SP 70-200mm f/2.8 After receiving this lens, I mounted it on my Canon EOS 90D and headed out to my backyard to try it out. I was surprised how sharp the images are, and how effective the image stabilization is! The lens is everything I hoped it would be, for a lens in this price range. Very pleased I to have used empire photo shop. Would certainly buy from them again
