  Finally upgraded from an old ssung slider to a galaxy s21 plus. Adam made the process such a breeze. No far-out, trick questions about changing my plan or anything. The transfer from my old phone to new took about 20/25 minutes, but that was to be expected. I felt super comfortable and welcomed when I spoke with him over the phone, he such an awesome guy!

  The day I entered their website I was in a dilemma - no service and not of my fault, but my credit card company. The on duty Store Manager provided me with the best support ever!!! He helped me make a purchase on a new phone and ship it to me on time. So how great of Customer Service, Support and Care is that??   Been buying from electronicsforce.com for 14 years, never have had too many issues... Customer service at this store is good. They are always super helpful and friendly. I just went online the past month to buy a new phone and as always everything is as advertised. Shipping wise, it's always on time according to their policy and estimated. I'm glad to be a loyal customer of theirs, and will remain this way. :)

  I recommend this website to everyone that needs a new phone! The service here is great. Ben, made my whole experience a 10 plus. He is very knowledgeable about different devices we were considering. What I really appreciate is his ability to get on the phone and answer tons of questions and solving problems. Whereas, at a different phone stores and corporates they had no clue how to break down answer any questions I had. HIGHLY recommend them!

  This is the most honest and best website I've ever come across to! They sell their phones at a very cheap price compared to other retail stores or online stores out there! And believe me I've did my research before making a purchase with these guys. So just like I've mentioned before, the prices on their website are cheap and so is the faster shipping prices that they offer. The package comes on time and in a well condition and it is wrapped very good in order to keep your device safe and sound! So you won't have any issues when opening the package. Overall I will be coming again to these guys and purchase another phone from them in the future! And I highly recommend them!

  Recommended by a friend. Hope I am as satisfied as they are. 1. Delivery was very prompt! 2. Customer service was prompt, reasonable , & courteous. 3. Contact the company prior to purchase to clarify what you are actually purchasing. Thought I was purchasing a ""New, in the original factory packaging, complete with all accessories"" phone. What I received was a ""Brand new"" phone only, in a generic box with a third party charger. It was still a good price, but to say the least I was disappointed.

  I had a positive experience. I got exactly what I ordered (Nexus 5,32GB) and in a timely manner. It was my first order, so the item was shipped to my billing address (different from where I actually live), and cell2get was prompt in getting my OK for this through their customer service department. I can't speak to how they handle returns, but the order itself went very smoothly and I had no issues.

  Very easy ..found the phone I wanted and available rep answered questions. The phone is an excellent value for the product. I was informed by my cellphone company (Verizon) that they would have charged me at least $100.00 more if I ordered it through them. It took a day or so longer to arrive than I expected but was worth the wait. Very happy and satisfied. Highly recommend this site.

  I LOVE the QWERTY Keyboard of the BlackBerry PRIV. My phone was D years old and would no longer hold a charge. Since there are no other Cell Phones made with real keyboards, I started looking for THE PRIV online. The price was so reasonable I bought TWO so I would have a back-up.   I am hearing impaired and wear hearing aids. Several years ago, Kyocera was the only phone that allowed me the option of using the cell phone without my hearing devices on due to the ceramic vibrator technology in place of the typical speaker. This brand is difficult to find in stores at affordable prices. When I found it here for half the price, I just had to order it! Can't wait to see how the AT&T model works now that we've switched carriers.

  I need a printed manual for the cell phone (not an on-line one) and cannot find one. Most features are useless to me if I do not have a PRINTED MANUAL in my hand. The extra boost that I paid for does not give me service in my apartment. I am very unhappy with the product because I don't know how to use it and I don't have service where I need it.

  New phone for a very reasonable price. Beats anything else we could find on the web. New notes: After receiving the phone, I'm not convinced it's a new phone. The box had been opened and factory reset done just before it shipped. No warranty date shown in the phone firmware.

  At first I was skeptical from ordering on cell2get, but since the prices were the best prices I could find and it had a lot of good reviews, I decided to go for it, and I’m so happy that I did. Placing my order was very easy, and custermer support was very welcoming and friendly and helped me with a problem I was having.   While I was searching for a new phone online (cuz my trash s6 was dying after such a long time) I bumped into this website that google advertised for me and i was super amazed of what I got!!! I bought a brand new galaxy note 8 from this website and it came very fast (via priority shipping just after 3 days !) and the service and the update on the delivery was amazing ! Thanks to a guy named Melvin who called to check out if I got the package and if everything is ok with the phone he was really eager to know if everything is ok with the phone and if I’m ok with using it such a nice and great quality of service from them to make sure everything is fine with the customer that’s definitely made me want to buy here more often! But besides the quality of the product and the amazing service the website itself is easy to use and the selection of phones in this website is outstanding lol they even sell flip phones for all the old fashioned. And not to mention that the prices on this website are the cheapest ever online it felt for me as if I’m buying the phone as a investor rather than a customer!   Ordering is simple. Plus coupon code for $20 off. Sent me the wrong Kyocera cell phone. Sent an AT&T vs Verizon model. They were quick to send me the correct model and I sent them the AT&T one back, but at my expense. The gentleman told me they'd credit me $10 towards the postage, which was very fair. Weeks later I have not received that credit. First I was told it would be a credit to my credit card, then they told me it would be a check and included with the new phone. The customer service rep's words ""we take care you, you'll get $10, just like cash for shipping"". I have to follow-up with them. I also asked if they could include an operations manual for the new phone. AT&T phone didn't have one. I was reassured it would be included. It wasn't. I'll access the manual online. The unlocked Verizon model Kyocera Duraforce Pro 2 cell phone I received was brand new and works great. Verizon box. No issues. I'm happy with it and price was A LOT cheaper than buying direct through Verizon. Shipping time was very good via USPS Priority Mail.

  I tend to be very accident prone especially when it comes to my phones. I recently droped my galaxy s6 out of a moving car on the highway because i was trying take a picture of the sunset (not a smart idea now that i think about it). Anyways we went back get the phone and it was totaled, so decided to get the s6 active since it seems a little more durable. Saw that cell2get carried this phone and for a low price.   I'm going to take this moment to share my Cell2Get experience which will actually be my 1st endorsement of any kind. In today's marketplace, customer service is rare n therefore stands out when it far exceeds expectations. I purchased a Galaxy S7 Active early last month. I had a small glitch when it arrived. I called Cell2Get and was listened to n treated very politely. They identified problem, corrected it, and had my phone up n running. Their overall service was fantastic. As a consultant, I've seen customer service go thru taped responses to robot returns. It, unfortunately, has NOT BEEN GIVEN the importance/spotlight in todays management structure. Cell2Get has shown me some people still place people first, THANK YOU! !! I plan on referring my friends n colleagues.

  Celltoget is the best phone merchant in the market. Tho the only flaws about them is that they need 2 days for order processing so if you purchase something on Monday and you overnight it you're going to get it on Wednesday or Thursday. But other than that I'm glad that they exist.

  I got this site recommendation from a friend that bought a phone from these guys at first I was like thinking that maybe these guys are the wish site for third party cellphones that prices seemed like that there selling expansive fake phones but their not and in fact they proved my sceptical head wrong ! I bought the galaxy s9 from them not so long ago but before that I had a s8 that I bought from Verizon so I really didn't need much a new phone but just for the sake of it I got the s9 for the better camera... Anyhow I got the package after 11days via free shipping and the phone came original !!! I even checked it out on Samsung's website to see if this is real and it is ! The phone cost me 200$ less than Verizon and it's unlocked with all the original features I am very happy with these guys overall

  Update: I spoke with George on the phone, and he apologized and had me send the phone back with a full refund and shipping paid. Great customer service. I bought a ""new"" cell phone from them, or at least it said ""new"" in the description. It was clearly refurbished, with scratches on the camera lens, not in original box, printed and faded user manual, etc. Maybe it was a mistake in on the web, but dishonest nonetheless.

  TBH this website is overall good with a decent shipping provider. I got a new phone from them and overall the customer service was nice and understanding they refunded me for the shipping that i paid for ground shipping and didnt get it by a week rather than a bit later than 7 days. Anyhow the phone that i bought came to me in a great condition and very brand new even though i bought a refurbished one. The customer service was nice and the shipping provider was kinda lazy but i am going to buy from them again!
