  Search is difficult, but otherwise good shopping experience. Order took over a week just to ship, plus 2 wells shipping time - I realize we paid for slower shopping, but did not realize how long it would take to ship.   The website is well set up and shopping easy. The product details were a bit lacking. This is a prepaid cell data contract based product but makes no mention of the terms of the prepaid contract. Minimally should list number of included minutes or MB, along with the per minute or MB recharge rate and recharge method (web page or other).

  Because your site does not say that the phone is new, I don't know what condition it is. Is it refurbished? I was not able to find this phone anywhere else though. Also, to see the model in other colors, I had to navigate away and search for them, rather than being able to toggle between them on the same page.

  Great company overall. The people behind the scenes are really doing what ever they can to make things better for the customer. I for example just bought a phone from them about 2 months ago and the phone just stopped reading my sim card even though all that time it was working perfectly. I called the representatives and tried to see if they could somehow fix the issue for me. And the representatives were so nice and sweet and even though I had my phone for more than 14 days (which is the limited time you get to either send a phone for a refund or exchange) they were still helpful enough to exchange the phone I had with no charge. The only complaint I can give them is that their website is outdated and don't accept PayPal or other online purchasing methods besides credit card, and shipping takes a while. So far I can only recommend these guys!

I'm an old man and I use flip phones I went to cell2get.com and spoke to a representative over the phone to place an order and he was very nice and it really was a pleasure talking to him and making business with them.   Gotta say that it really was a pleasure doing business with these guys. I'm a cop and its important for me to have a phone on me all the time, though when I called the company to ask how quick they can ship to me the Motorola z4 force they told me that's it'll take 2 days to arrive after you place the order ( and I didn't even mention to them that I'm a cop and I need my phone asap just to see whether the reviews were right or not about the shipping). So when I went online and placed my order and paid that extra overnight shipping I really did get my phone after 2 days when I placed the order. I didn't have a phone 3 days prior to that because I was searching online what to purchase. Anyhow it really was a pleasure buying from them and I am looking forward to make more business with these guys.

  I was looking for another Samsung Stratosphere ii 1415 and I found it at your site. I inadvertatly ordered the wrong phone, but Melvin was kind enough to exchange it for the phone that matched my network. My replacement is all I had hoped for and I have zero complaints.   Excellent experience! But make sure you do your research before buying from them. I went and baought a lg g8 from them about 2 months ago, i paid an extra of 10.30$ for ground shipping and got it within 5 days. So far when i got the phone i noticed it had a shadow screen to it though i didnt return the phone i decided to keep in an a hope it will go away. Time passed and the shadow didnt go away so i decided to return the phone, i called customer service and the representative told me that it has been more than 14 days since i got the phone and there is no way to return the phone for a refund but he told me that he could cut some corners and exchange the phone for me if i want to. So i accepted the offer for an exhange and after i sent the phone back i decided to read about the policy of the return, as stated you do have 14 days to send the phone back for an exchange or a refund but because the representative was very nice with me and i was fair with him and was honest i got great customer service and they were willing to exchange the phone for me. Overall you have to agree to the terms and conditions of the website because i read some interesting stuff over there and also make sure you do further research on the device youre looking to buy! I had a good experience with cell2get and i am looking forward to get more phones from them.

  I bought a LG Flip phone from them and my husband did not want to use it right away. I forgot to check it and to my horror it was not TMobile compatible. They were very kind and were able to give me a code to unlock the phone so it was usable. Most companies would have blown me off as I had purchased it 7 months ago. They were very quick and got us up and running with the phone in just a few days. I much appreciate the great customer service. Would buy from them again!

  I wanted a phone with a physical keyboard, which is very hard to find these days, so I was looking at older models. I ordered a Motorola Droid from Cell2Get and it worked great. There was just one problem: I had neglected to check that my carrier supported the phone, and it didn't, which was entirely my fault. So I returned the Droid and got a Blackberry instead, which works with my carrier. Cell2Get was great about exchanging the phone, and was also very helpful in explaining why carriers only support certain phones.

  Well as my overall experience with cell2get was nothing but fantastic in the end. As i was searching to get myself a brand new Christmas present with the money my aunt transferred cuz she didnt know what to get me, i decided that its time for me to get a new phone. I looked up for the oneplus 7 pro 256gb online via google shopping and i saw cell2get as a highly recommended seller and with good customer reputation and reviews after doing my research on various review sites (such as trustpilot, google reviews, shopper approved). After that whole research i decided to go ahead and get myself a brand new oneplus 7 pro (which is a phone that i highly recommend non the less and it is the best phone ive ever owned!) And go on with the process, so to make a purchase you need to add to cart, creat an account, select shipping, and pay via credit card only and i can assure you that after calling chase after the order and asking them about my information with cell2get it is safe to place an order with them! One note that i recommend you keep in mind is that they only process orders on monday to friday and they need at least 2 business days to do so before they ship your package, So for example if you placed the order on a thursday like me and paid for ground shipping it will only be shipped or order updated on monday. After the order was shipped Tuesday i got my package that week on Friday afternoon and i couldnt be more excited. The phone was new in the box sealed! With a certified oneplus logo, and all i can say is that i am happy that i found the best price online for the best phone on the market! Their prices are great and service is as expected! I highly recommend cell2get for anyone thats looking to order themselves or a friend a new phone. They are an authorized reseller for me and will be looking forward to buy new phones from them in the future to come.

  Outstanding customer service! If there is one place I can recommend to people that are looking to get their hands down for a new phone then this is the place! I went online to purchase a BlackBerry key 2 from them and after I placed my order I called customer service and asked them about my order and more information about the phone that I am supposed to get. So far representatives were very nice and helpful and even sent me a tracking number. When I got the package it was wrapped well and a new box with the phone and I'm very satisfied with cell2get! Hopefully I'll buy from them the key3 if that ever comes out.

  Overall a fantastic experience. When I placed my order with electronicsforce.com on the 2nd of May, and after 4 days of order processing it was finally shipped out and I got the device of the 11th. Some will say that I got ripped off on the shipping but people that buy online are already aware that it takes a couple of days for order processing before shipping and even Amazon takes their time with it in this current situation. Overall I'm very happy with my order from them and I do feel my money is worth, looking forward to place another order with them sometime soon.

  Awesome customer service, representatives are very helpful. I paid extra to deliver my phone within 3 days, I waited 2 weeks for my phone to arrive and so I called them and they were very sorry and gave offered me a partial refund with overnight shipping or cancel for full refund, i went ahead for the partial refund and within the next day i got my new phone. Thank you guys so very much!

  Due to the recent pandemic internet in my area has been hard to find and get. But luckily with electronics force they provide hotspots that really saved my life and college degree by learning at home. I got my Verizon jetpack (which is the preferred model of Verizon hotspot) and internet is back and live again at my house, just too bad Verizon doesn't have their Fios service in my area.

  Best phone vendor on the internet! As I searched for a new device online that I really needed because my phone died while in quarantine and due to all the stores being closed in my area I had no other choice but buying from them. I placed an order with them on a Tuesday and paid extra 2 day shipping and after the whole processing and stuff which took 24 hours they finally shipped it and I got my phone as expected on Friday morning. Glad my phone didn't get delayed and I'm very happy with their service!

I have read reviews about this place before deciding to go ahead and place an order, i saw many praises as well as negatives, well the negatives were about the refund policy (and if you dont agree with their whole policy domt bother buying) and shipping as well as phones not working for verizon, i want to say as a verizon customer that if youre looking to buy a phone older than 2015 than dont bother staying with them because they only accept the latest flagship one's thats what makes money and the industry moving! And some representatives over at verizon dont know what they are talking about. Anyhow i myself purchased from electronics force a galaxy note 10+ and after 3 days of my order being processed i finally saw that it has shipped via the method(usps 2 day) that i selected. Overall im super happy with my new device and i highly recommend the note 10+ as well as electronicsforce.com.

I made a purchase with them on April 2nd and it took them 5 business days to process the order (which is better than expected because everything is taking forever to process especially on Amazon it takes a whole month!) .   All was well, but your customer service number never has anyone available and it took too long for someone to return a call to me.
