  I had never heard of digital maze before Google ing for office 2021. The price was so cheap that I suspected it wasn't real. I downloaded office 2021 from MS and entered the product key delivered from my purchase from digital maze and it worked! Great price and LEGIT!

  The directions were a little confusing and the key code did not work right away. I did have to wait a bit for a new key code. Once i got the new key code it worked perfectly fine. So far everything is working fine. I would just advise better directions and work on the key code issue because this is fairly common based on other reviews.

  How can I rate it other than Wow! Early on, I thought there had to be something nefarious going on to get products this cheap. But after MANY purchases, many successful installs and activations, you guys are definitely the real deal. Why would anyone buy MS products for retail, when you guys can cut the cost by 75%+.

  Luckily I remembered the name of the website/company, from emails and a purchase I made a year ago. I had to use other websites to make sure I new which product I wanted. Once I new what I wanted, I realized how easily it was on DM website to find, and buy. I was skeptical last year when I bought the same thing, because it was so much cheaper than anywhere else. Did a little homework, seemed somewhat legit, and they delivered - TWICE. I never registered the key when I got it. When I tried like nine months later I freaked when it wouldn't work. Tracked the emails down and messaged DM. They not only responded immediately, but also gave me a new key, which worked. Very cool.

  Extremely dissatisfied. I received the wrong product, had to completely reboot my computer. I couldn’t reach anyone, one email ignored, next email was “undeliverable” and repeated phone calls were moot — said to leave a message but ended the call, or said system maintenance and ended the call. Very frustrating. Because I could not reach them, I had to put the charge on my credit card under dispute. Buyer beware.

  I am a senior with some computer experience. At first I thought I was scammed by purchasing. I followed instructions to download and it was not working after multiple tries. I waited until the next day to try again. The problem was me. I did not know where the start button was lol. Maybe instructions could be more specific for dummies like me.

  It is a true single license copy of Microsoft Project Professional 2019. The most difficult part of the purchase and download was actually dealing with Microsoft and aligning the software with my Microsoft account. That took a while. Otherwise, a great experience. I’ll update my review if anything wonky happens later. Otherwise very optimistic and pleased with the outcome.
