It would be improved by quoting for each item only a total cost which a buyer would have to pay (including 'platform fees' and VAT, if any) and a shipping cost (including VAT, if any) clarifying how shipping costs will be reduced for multiple purchases. The buyer should not be invited to choose a shipping method, The seller should be wholly responsible for shipping and should quote only one price. Also, listings of postcards should be published only if both sides of each card are shown. One-sided listings lower the quality of Delcampe and clog it up. Otherwise, Delcampe is a good place to find collectibles as it has many excellent sellers who normally offer good items and good service.

Verified reviewUnfortunately it seems that the turnover of the goods sold is very slow, and you can't track their shipping because the seller is not required to provide a tracking number or even information about when they shipped. Your service should be updated to meet today's demand and services.

When a probrelm arises, it is normally resolved in a fair and just manner. I have found most problems are simply a misunderstanding of the other person’s language…amd not intentional disception.
