Verified reviewI am extremely disappointed with Delcampe and how its system has been evolving. The dispute section is practically useless – I have never seen it resolve a single issue. Not once. Every time I opened a dispute, the result was the same: absolutely nothing happened and no real solution was offered. In recent months, Delcampe’s policies have shifted heavily in favor of sellers, leaving buyers unprotected and frustrated. Random unexpected fees, lack of accountability, and a support system that doesn’t take buyer complaints seriously have made the platform increasingly unpleasant to use. I have been on many collecting platforms, but Delcampe is the only one where disputes go nowhere and buyers are consistently ignored. The overall experience has declined so much that I can no longer recommend this platform to anyone.

Verified reviewI have been buying fairly frequently from delcampe sellers but lately I find that platform fees and shipping fees are almost 50% to 100% of my actual purchase price. For example, I bought 28 euros from a seller. The platform fee was 11 euros (that's 40% of the purchase price) and the shipping fee was 12.5 euros (45% of the purchase price. Those fees are prohibitive so I will have to reduce my buying on delcampe for now. eBay is much less expensive for the buyer. Other than that I find the selections on delcample to be very good and the delivery process okay.

I buy from a German firm which charges only a couple of euro per dispatch of the same number of cards (ie 3) as I had this time.
