  Delcampe is an excellent and very transparent service. Often the only way to find some items. Changes to the site now make it very clear what the site costs and shipping charges are. This fixes earlier issues when sellers were very arbitrary with shipping charges and payment fees. Well done Delcampe. You are listened to customers and acted appropriately. The final change that should be made is to have sellers use consistent catalogue numbers. It is often very difficult to find specific items.

  Everything went well. I just don't understand why the buyer has to pay a commission on the sale. This is not the case on any other server. Low-priced items, such as €0.20, are not sellable because after adding €0.30 + 5%, the price becomes unacceptable. For this reason, I have not purchased goods several times because it is not worth it due to the excessive price. However, this is not the case with this purchase.

  I purchase various Iran postage stamp ,items on Delcampe, and cannot identify which Item I purchased on October 1, 2025. Generally, my experience has been positive. Upon payment, items are delivered promptly. However, I must say that your decision to charge "platform fees" on top of the auction price, sometimes gives me pause about whether to purchase an item.

  Even when mail service is an issues, I still get my purchases. I wish there was a way for stamp dealers to send purchases without having to send them via Priority Mail or foreign equivalent. My purchases are usually for small value stamps.

  Good search options, filters and detailed descriptions enable customer to find exactly what he is looking for among zillion of collectable, search within "shops" of individual sellers enable making grouped purchases for joint shipping price.   The description and picture were of good quality which is essential when buying items that are not run-of-the-mill. The overall time it took to complete the sale was very quick and carried out without a hitch. Delcampe have a big act to follow but in a way they are more akin to the local collector and provide a service which is tailored to their needs. I have been on Delcampe and other sites for over 20 years. Delcampe is a more friendly site when it comes to costs. I find that some sites overcharge on postage which is a deterrent to purchase. I refuse to buy a low priced item only to be charged three times the amount for postage. Delcampe costs are well within expectations and always fair and reasonable. The platform fees are also reasonable which plays a big part in buying. The sellers make the platform for a good deal and if you attract the right sellers then the right buyers will find them.

  I know how it works and that is what my comment was about. There are so many email communications just for the smallest order. I had only just finished wading through a load of DelCampe communications making sure I had followed all the procedures when another one slips into my inbox asking what I thought about things. And so I answered, maybe you did not understand. As for CSTs and Help getting a good response applying directly to a problem my experience is extremely low. And a tiny box for "reply to this message" just about sums it up. I will think hard about using Delkcamps again as I feel I have been punished enough thank you.

  Grouped lower offers are not available for items below 1 Euro. In other words, a stamp price of 0.30 becomes 0.60 with fees. Eliminating fees for very low cost items, say, up to 0.60 Euro, will help buyers and sellers and won't make a big dent in your profits.

  Hello, I don't like your 10% adding on what I have bought. You are getting more and more like ordinary auction houses. The other thing I don't like is that it is not possible anymore to do a direct bank transfer to a seller. Instead I have to use your Mango Pay stuff. It makes it more expensive fore me and you earn more money on bank transfers. Don't get too greedy! Regards Anders

  Nice platform with a very broad offer of low to middle-priced philatelic items that I use quite a lot. The fees and shipping costs are generally much higher than on Ebay, but if what I need is only for sale at Delcampe, I buy it there. For some reason, the same sellers charge higher shipping costs at Delcampe than on Ebay for the same lots. Strange. Having said that, I am happy that Delcampe enables me to buy cheap items that are otherwise hard to find sold as single items.
