  I have ordered several Deejo knives as gifts as well as for myself. One stays in my car. One on my motorcycle and 2 in my office. They arrive within days of submitting an order.

  I believe more in depth information on the website is needed. I like that you can switch to English, but I would also like a switch to imperial measurement. I don't "think" in cm. This is my second deejo. I didn't realize the differences the small one would have. It's not just a smaller version. Those differences aren't mentioned in the user manual.I didn't receive a storage bag, but maybe you don't get one with the small knife, I don't know. That's not clear. Also, the knife wasn't sharp, so that was surprising.

  The website is good, displaying an accurate representation of the knife that you configure, and will eventually get. The graphics however, load fairly slowly and difficult to view in the sequential matter that you're forced into. It would be great if you could download a gallery of images ahead of time so that you know your choices and can choose them quickly. The shipping and handling speed is nothing short of amazing. I ordered on a Sunday, received the knife on a Tuesday. That's wicked fast!

  The website is user friendly through the entire customizing and purchasing process.   The delivery was very fast. However I felt very disappointed upon receipt and inspection of the product. I spent 135.00 dollars for knife and sheath. The knife seems very flimsy. The wood looked nothing like the photo and the sheath was very low grade thin leather. In short I felt ripped off. I wrote to complain and inquire about the warranty period. I received a cold indifferent boiler plate answer, I am stuck with the knife due to it having custom info on it. I hoped to give it to my grandson when he came of age but the quality is just not there to last years.

  Site is pretty good. Nice that you can build your knife and see the results. Choosing the design is a bit slow because you can’t quickly scroll through the designs-this is especially noticeable if you know what you are looking for and you have to go through the entire list because you can only scoll one or two designs at a time. Shipping is super fast and the one time I had to deal with customer service (on a different order) they were exceptionally responsive and took care of the issue immediately.

  I love the knife, it is very nice looking. The only thing that I have a problem with, is the word PRESS, is engraved on the side. It cheapens the look of the knife.

  I purchased this as a gift for my husband. I was so disappointed when he opened it. The wood was supposed to be blue, but is a very dull ugly bluish grey. It has spots on it that are kind of pink. The blade is as dull as a butter knife and no amount of sharpening has helped. This was a complete waste of money.

  not clear in the marketing materials that for the mini blade (and possibly all blades), the tip of the blade and the edge of the blade are exposed and not within the border of the knife handle...though the blade is tight against the handle, you could catch your finger on the blade as you take it out of your pocket. poor design element.

  I ordered my custom made Deejo knife on a Saturday morning and received my new beautifully made and razor sharp, unique Deejo custom knife (from France) on Tuesday, just 3 days later!!!   Well, I received my knife as ordered, but the tip of the knife was bent, damaged, as if it had been dropped knife point down. I reached out to Deejo within an hour of receiving my order. I haven't heard anything back from them. It's been 4 days, so I'm trying to be patient, but this was a valentines gift, so now I will have to give my hubby a damaged gift and hope it will be replaced. I'll update my review once my concerns have been addressed to report how it went.

  Be very careful. My customization was incorrect and I have tried to contact the manufacturer multiple times by multiple ways. Not only have I not received any response; the methods of communication never seem to go through. I would advise against spending money with a company with this type of service.

  the blade hits the handle when closing the knife. I sent an email no response. the knife is too expensive for this to happen

  I ordered a large knife and my credit card was charged $104.00. I received the small knife. After spending 20 minutes on the computer trying to find a phone number for customer service for Deejo, I gave up and sent an email. Well I guess all I can do now is sit and wait for them to get back to me. That's VERY bad customer service. If I don't hear from them by tomorrow I'll have no choice but to call my credit card company and tell them to deny payment because I did not receive the product that I ordered.
