  I cannot more pleased with this experience. The web site is very easy to navigate. From the time I received a conformation email for my order, the knife was custom made and delivered within 50 total hours.to my home in Florida, USA. I recently ordered something for delivery from a company of 2 items of off the shelf items. It took about 18 days to receive my order. Deejo is absolutely an incredible company to do business with. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

  I love the sleek design of the handle and blade and the craftsmanship is excellent. I love everything about this knife except for the totally unnecessary clip bolted onto the back. I was shocked to find this monstrosity of a clip as it wasn’t shown or mentioned on the website when I ordered my knife. After I received my knife and was shocked to find this hideous clip I inquired via the website if it could be removed and was told absolutely not, that it was “integral to the design.” I then went back to the website and went through the order process again to see if I just missed it but no, the clip is never shown or mentioned. So, bottom line; I love the knife but hate the clip. I hate the clip so much that I am having a friend who owns a metal shop grind off the legs of the clip but leave the bolts holding it together. Deejo could offer the knife without a clip by simply using the clip base to bolt it together without the full clip, but I guess that’s too hard for their engineers to figure out. Great knife, stupid, useless clip!.

  I ordered a knife for myself and one to commemorate my son graduating Magna Cum Laude. I did this as a test of the product and the company. Both passed with flying colors. I received excellent communication on order received, when it would ship and info right up to receipt of product. First class all the way.   Easy navigation on-site. I picked this out for a present after owning the smaller one and carrying it for about 6 months. Some people will buy to collect, I carry mine and use it and every day for cutting open boxes and plastic wrap. Love it. I purchased this knife as a present and a set of their steak knives for a present for someone else.

  Deejo customer service is purely lousy. Unless you have a topic that corresponds exactly to the choices provided, there is no legitimate means by which to contact them. I did manage to get a message to them about an imperfection in one of the knives that I purchased, and have not heard back. I tried again, and still no response. Their customer service stinks.

  Excellent knife and excellent customer service. Very light weight in your pocket and extremely sharp when needed. This is my third one and I am very happy with the product. I also have tried the kitchen pairing knifes and they are very handy also with the same thin sharp blade.

  The web site is laid out nicely, and easy to navigate. I like the 'build your deejo' function a lot, but it at times suffers lags and timeouts. My only real gripe is that I cannot modify my shipping address when placing an order - it forces me to use the only address I'm able to set up in the site when placing any order. Not a great experience when I want to send a deejo as a gift.

  The worst online purchase I have ever made. I purchased a Deejo knife a year or two ago. It was very classy looking and the man for whom I purchased it was impressed. However, I bought another one for a Christmas gift and it was NOTHING LIKE THE FIRST ONE. I could not get the gift wrap off without tearing it so I gave it to my friend without seeing it first. If I had seen the cheap looking tiny knife, inadequate for anything I would have sent it back immediately. What is wrong with the French maker/shipper? The knife is a joke. Never take a knife to a gunfight..You could not take this little insignificant piece of junk anywhere. People would laugh. I am not paying for it and it will come back to you soonest. The man who received it had an Emergency Heart Health problem and us in the hospital.

  This was my second order from Deejo. This order had some issues. While it arrived by regular post in about four days from the order, it was missing one item. I contacted Deejo and the representative was apologetic and said there must have been an oversight in the fulfillment. She promised the missing item would be sent right away. For some reason, this shipment went by DHL, and it took over six weeks to arrive. In the end, all is well, and the knives are beautiful and so well made. I definitely recommend Deejo. Their knives are wonderful gifts.

  It's very easy to customize your item and navigate the site. I had an issue with non-delivery of my gift but that was nothing Deejo could control and they made it right once we determined the original was just not going to be delivered. FEDEX lost it and they had DHL deliver the replacement.

  I have been carrying a pocket knife daily for decades and always keep my eye out for something innovative. After visiting the Deejo website a few times I took the plunge and ordered a base 27g, titanium with the bicycle engraving. It was delivered quickly and I've been carrying it ever sense. The quality is high, the blade is sharp, and the styling draws attention. I've now ordered two more in the other sizes.

  I was a little shocked at the price jumping from $90.00 to $145.89 then $35.70 to get it across the border. Fortunately the knife arrived in amazing time and actually arrived 7 days ahead of the January 4th predicted arrival. It’s very beautiful and the recipient loved it.

  Nice knife. My wife loved it. This is not intended to be used for defense. It could be but it doesn’t open quickly, it is light weight and has a small grip. Perfect for a small tool to open things, etc. Looks great and nice quality.
