  Site is solid. The only recommendation would be to show actual sizes of the knives when customers are customizing knives. Also, more graphics choices and handle materials.

  The knife is splendid but I didn't actually order the tattoo it came with. I think the problem was the online interface. I selected Mountains and it choose make a wish instead. By the time I caught the error it was too late to change my order because it had gone to production.

  Excellent as always. If buying the smallest knife, I recommend getting it in black, as the silver color makes it difficult to see the artwork.

  The customer service has been excellent on all of my orders. The way the graphics for the design of a knife are excellent. The shipping was unbelievably fast, I received my latest order arrived in less than 48 hours and was exactly what I ordered. That’s a custom order, from France to Wisconsin, U.S.A. in that time. They arrived nicely packaged and in excellent shape. The only issue I ever have is sometimes the design page doesn’t fit my IPad screen well. A part seems to get cut off at the edges. Other wise that portion is excellent.

  ordered two of the same knifes, not happy with the handle on one of them, both had olive tree wood, one has a beautiful grain with it the other has no grain at all. it would be great if you could send me a handle with grain in it to match the other.

  I never write reviews, but I do need to share my story about this company. I purchased close to $500 of products from them. It just so happens that one of then (a small less than $50 item) never showed up. With all the XMas shopping etc., I can understand that. But when I went to explain the situation to them, you can only do it via messaging on their site. They wanted a picture of the missing item, which is a bit hard to do as it never arrived. They were then totality unresponsive to all my messages and questions and there is no other way to get in touch with them. I have never had such poor customer service. I would suggest that you do not purchase any of their items, I regret having done so.

  Let's make one thing clear... Deejo knives are great. However, if they can't deliver the order it's a serious problem. The problem... they used FedEx who lied when they said I "wasn't home for signature". I'm retired so I'm home most times but the order did NOT require a signature & FedEx never left a Door Tag that they were at my home. All lies. Finally DHL to the rescue!! DHL had nom problem making delivery to my local rural POST OFFICE. Solution for DeeJo... do NOT use FedEx.

  I love Deejo knives. I love the sharpness of the blade. I love how easily they fit in my pocket. The only complaint I have is over time the folding joint doesn't close as smoothly as it did when I purchased it.

  I love the product, Deejo is not my go-to for gifts. Distinctive, high quality, reasonably priced. I had an issue with my last order, a knife was missing. Customer service responded promptly and sent the missing knife out in under 24 hours. I love these guys!

  Website worked well. Order shipped on time and arrived timely considering it was international. Much appreciated. I regret ordering these based on how they arrived but I gifted them anyway due to the fact they were to be handed out as gifts to my employees. I find the way you render these on your website is nothing like how they arrived. You have a great website but what arrived looks nowhere as nice and attractive as what is displayed on the screen.

  After making my purchase I realized I made an error. The site gave me 30 minutes to make changes but it only allowed me to change 1 item and not the second. I reached out to customer support but they didn't contact me until the next day which was too late. Now I have an incorrect order item for a Christmas gift I cant return. Very Bad experience.

  Deejo makes a quality product at a reasonable price. The knife weighs next to nothing. It sharpens easily and holds an edge well. Unfortunately its so lite it can become unnoticeable, making it easy to lose, which is what I did, prompting me to order a replacement. Shipping and service have been outstanding.

  WOW! I ordered a knife on a Wednesday morning. I was kept informed every step of the way as to it's progress; payment confirmed, in production, shipped. And 2 days later it arrived!! And I live in a small town in Northern California. I cant get that sort of service coming out of Southern California. The knife is absolutely gorgeous and I know the person I got it for will be thrilled. I highly recommend Deejo for gift giving or a something for yourself. They are amazing.

  The "knife building" process (selecting how your wanted your knife to look by choosing various finishes, blade "tattoos," etc.) went smoothly, and there were quite a few options to choose from. I can't think of any improvements to that process or to the site except that they give more info re: the type of steel used for the blade (that's NOT easy to find out!) and WHY they chose to use that steel. Otherwise, their website is fine.

  I did not know what to expect when I ordered the pen knife. It arrived a day earlier than expected in a beautiful package. The knife is a Christmas gift for my son.   Nice website. Fun to design the knife yourself with the ability to see your product in a 360 view and see exactly what it should look like with each of the materials. I was AMAZED in how quickly I received it all the way fun France. Only took 4 days!
