  5 stars for excellent fast reasonably-priced shipping, and a lightweight, elegant quality knife with beautiful artwork and wood handle! The personalized laser engraving had slight variation in alignment from knife to knife (I ordered three with the same words engraved on the metal if the handle). One was perfectly aligned with the edge of the handle, the other two were not. 4 stars for that. Overall I would rate the experience as 4.5 stars and would buy again!

  I like the deejo knives. I got a steak knife set for my family for Christmas, and also bought myself a large folding knife. My only criticism was that I could not combine my two offers (one for a free small folding knife for a set amount of purchase, and the other code was for a free wine opener for the steak knives). Seemed silly to have to send two packages, which costs bothe resources, time and money for both myself and deejo. The customer service was great but there were times I think the French to English and/or English to French translations may have been off.

  First of all--I love the knifes -- I did not order the waiter's knife as stated on the review but the selection of six steak knifes in the geometric style. They are gorgeous and the quality is high. The only complaint I have is that I opened the box to check the engraving of the receivers initials (they are a gift) and when I did, all six knives had fingerprints all over the blades. For one, I'm glad I opened the box as they were already enclosed in the provided gift bag. I would think that quality control--must of been the engraver--would have caught that. That said, just double check the box before you give them as a gift. Again, they are quality instruments and gorgeous.

  These are nice, pretty "gentlemen's knives" and I was attracted to their design and light weight. Not the fault of Deejo, but my $69 knife converted to USD$ the CDN$ and next it was $254 for 2. Then I got the message that I owed $54 for duty. $69 for one Deejo, not bad. $150 CDN for one Deejo is far too much for a knife that would break if I were to use it to cut a nylon skid strap.

  Considering where the knife started from (Paris) I received it faster than the wind. The execution was flawless and the blade was super sharp.   difficult to navigate thought I ordered a 27g and actually got a 37. hard to select imprint, lots of slow motion knives coming together. Did not get the polished finish I wanted due to complexity of web site.It WAS NOT EASY. free knife was a disappointment. It soured my opinion but don't worry.   It took a minute to "get" the navigation, but then it was easy as pie. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick delivery , specially when I realized the package was shipped from France, and the knives had to be engraved. The presentation was also impressive. The knives are beautiful, sleek and feel great when you hold them. I bought them for my two sons and I am sure they will enjoy and treasure them.

  Deejo is overseas so the site is a little different to use than here in the states. However, creating the knives from the options was fun, and the interactive page was cool. The thing that really blew me away was the delivery. they were made and here in days. The finished product were here faster than another package from in the states. The finished product was excellent for the price point. Good enough that I have used the Deejo company/site four times now. Perfect every time. Awesome

  Terrible Customer Service. They supposedly give you 30 minutes after you enter your order to make a change…or so their acknowledgment page states. That is false! Within minutes I tried to make a change or cancel my order to re-enter with my change. Their functions don’t work ! Nor do they respond in a timely manner. I’ve bought multiple knives and will never buy another product from them because I don’t like their customer service…or should I say lack thereof.

  The handle arrived scarred. Worse than that though, when you close the knife the blade rubs against the inside of the handle which will greatly dull it. It even has a lot of wiggle room so it will dull quickly in your pocket. This would be acceptable for around half the price. Was really disappointed because I've heard great things about the company.

  I love the pocket knives I get from deejo. Their app to build a knife is really nice, and I've never been disappointed in the results. Customer service has been excellent; when I needed to replace a lost screw they had a repair kit to me in a very short time. I've gotten a lot of nice compliments on my growing collection of deejo pocket knives.

  Excellent quality knife. Bought it as a gift for a knife enthusiast friend who loved it! Great craftsmanship; I loved it so much I may buy myself a Deejo. Found the perfect image to put on the blade for him (through the website) and he loved the personalized text. Both the wood and blade were beautifully made with high-quality materials. Highly recommend and would buy again!
