  I had a part I bought shipped next day air that was broken in the box, after a few pictures and phone calls with Debbie (who is the greatest) Csh took a new part opened it to make sure it was intact wrapped it extra tight and paid to have a new part overnighted on Saturday so I could get heat. I couldn't recommend them enough!

  I received great service with CSH through the purchasing process and she said she would try to get it on the truck that evening but most likely it would be in the morning. It was on the truck at 9 AM the foloowing morning. I am still waiting five days later for UPS to deliver. Received notice it was on the truck for delivery two days ago and now they are saying Monday! Roads have been clear for two days and we have been without heat for a week now. So CSH I like and I hope the product is as good as their service just not impressed with UPS. Thankyou, Joe M.

  I paid almost $60 to have my part next day delivered and I am still waiting on the delivery of the part. This is ridiculous, The weather was not that bad to have to wait that long. I live in Ohio and we got hammered and were still back in business the next day. I asking that my shipping fee be credited back to my account. It took longer for this part to get here than the one I ordered 1 day earlier. It's just very wrong and uncalled for.

  We did ship this item Next Day Air on the day it was ordered 2/2/22, the delay is a UPS issue and we will of course credit your shipping charges since you did not receive your item in a timely manner. We agree it is uncalled for, but again, this was a UPS issue, not a seller issue and we would have looked into it right away if you had called in and spoken to us.

  Well, I do appreciate your help in this matter. I will let UPS know how I feel about this as well. Again, I am very appreciative of how you handled this matter and I will not be taking that chance again when there is any kind of stormy weather. I have learned my lesson with overnighting parts.
