  Grateful that I could find this blower for our fireplace. Glad that CSH has it available as the blower only as we didn’t need all of the wires or switches. The product worked immediately after being installed and quieter than the replacement blower I put in several years ago.

  CSH Electric is an outstanding business and should pride themselves in their customer support!! I had ordered a sump pump after finding great reviews of the company on the internet (AND the lowest price AND free shipping to boot) so the order when in. They processed in the same day! The pump arrived broken and without hesitation the customer service experience was second to none. They immediately shipped a new one after I sent a few photos. The second pump also arrived damaged AND AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION shipped a second pump. Both pumps they advised not to return as they strive to please the customer in not having them go through the hassle of a return. The third pump arrived in great shape. I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I GOT FROM CSH THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL YOUR PUMP NEEDS. It's nice in today's day and age to see a company and customer service that actually cares about the customer so that they are pleased 100%. 1,000 Thank yous CSH.

  Order was shipped quickly. I have bought from them before. I would recommend. Great service. On my dual fuel heat pump, The blower wheel disintegrated from the heat because the blower wheel was made out of plastic. This is the draft inducer blower for the gas furnace. I was told that you can't buy just the blower wheel and $360 later I have a whole new unit in place. I kept the old motor and housing because it was still good. I searched on-line and found the CSHwebsite and found this metal wheel, Same size as the plastic wheel. I installed the metal wheel and it fit perfectly. It's back up and going. I will probably buy a 2nd blower wheel to put in my spare blower in case I will need it some day.

  Customer service was great. I called to make sure the the motor was in stock and to see if it would ship the same day. I ordered the motor next day air. I assumed the motor was shipping from Michigan, but it shipped from Visalia, CA. If I would have known it was only 3 hours away from where I live, I would have ordered it ground shipping. I paid $180 for next day shipping!!!

  Very fast and professional service even during the holiday week. I already installed the blower three days ago. It was a perfect fit .The part number on the old unit was too worn to verify and did not cross over to any new motor. That was not a surprise since the old one had been running well over forty years until the bearings got too loose. This company is easy to contact and the customer service and shipping are great. Highly recommended.

  The service from this company I can completely recommend. Good stuff, fast shipping. FOR CANADIAN RESIDENTS though, you should be aware that since these will be shipped UPS, they (UPS) will ding you an outrageous amount for handling the import duty paperwork. On my aprox $300 order, 'actual' duties were only about $12, but UPS added on nearly $70 dollars just to do the 'paperwork' Outrageous. Anyway, my problem is with UPS, not CSH. CSH were a pleasure to do business with and they had the most reasonable prices around.
