  The only other company that I deal with that is as good as CSH is Swansons Vitamins in North Dakota. You two companies need to write a book on the manner in which to run a company. Great prices, great employees to deal with and a great product that is sent out fast. Great job.

  I honestly don't think I can say enough good things about CHS. They were able to find me a replacement motor when none of my local vendors could. The price was very good and was even cheaper than buying a used O&M motor from EBAY. I will definitely be going to CHS for any motor replacement from now on.

  Placing the order was not a problem being that the order was placed by phone. The order was paid by credit card when the order was complete. To my surprise I received a call regarding customer and other government charges adding 168.00 dollars to this order. That part was not appreciated. The full total should be calculated in the original price, That way no surprise.

  Customer service rep was very helpful in finding exactly the right replacement motor for my 60 year old ventilation fan. I emailed a couple of photos and she responded quickly. Once I put in the order I had the motor in a couple of days. Great experience.

  The site was easy to navigate. I was looking for a replacement fan motor for our 30 year old Carrier furnace. I typed in the model number of the old motor, and they came up with a replacement for it. I ordered it on a Monday and received it 2 days later on Wednesday. I had the furnace running the next day.

  After no delivery via replacementparts.com (since 7/27) & having to buy & install a window A/C unit plus pedestal fan, I cancelled with them, and ordered via Amazon Prime/CSH Electric Motor Supply on 8/26. It arrived A.M., 8/28 via UPS for a total cost of $183.87 (incl. shipping). Replacementparts.com's price was $162.58 but if you leave people without A/C for 30 days through a couple heat waves, you should never get anymore business! Also this OEM replacement HVAC blower motor was the exact match for my over 20 yr. old burnt-out motor incl. the power supply plug. If you can't tell by now, I'm very excellentlly satisfied (5 stars +) with CSH Electric Motor Supply Inc., and will tell anyone I meet with like need to replace their HVAC blower motor(s) the same story. Thank you, thank you all very much. Let me add that this same motor is standard in a great number of manufactured homes with central air/heat systems, and there is steady demand but in many cases not great supply from your local HVAC contractor unless you want to spend up to several times more for them to do it. Taking out the old motor & mounting the new motor into its housing takes plus or minus 1 hour & takes only common handtools to do it. So, don't pay a contractor at the very least $500 or more, and do this (inevitable) job yourself. I did it at age 77, so it can't be that difficult

  I ordered the incorrect motor. It was entirely my fault but when I called I see SH the way I was treated was extraordinarily perfect! I was extremely impressed by the fact that person that answered the phone handled all the details of my return and purchase of the appropriate motor. I was never put on hold and I never had to give any information I had previously given. I rarely have had as excellent experience in handling a return as I did with CSH.

  The order was placed on Sunday 8/15. We packaged and shipped the order on Monday 8/16. UPS did not do their first scan until Tuesday 8/17, however, the package did still arrive to you on Wednesday 8/18. We normally ship from MI, but we did have this motor is a closer warehouse to you, so it was able to deliver to you sooner, 2 days. The order was placed to ship UPS GROUND.

  The web site was easy to place the order. The part shipped quickly and recieved it in two days. The motor was shipped in a thin box with no protection. The three threaded mounting bolts were bent over and crushed. The threads on the bolts stuck through the box and made them unusable .

  I looked EVERYWHERE for this motor including Grainger who took over Dayton who was the original manufacturer of the motor (for a sandblast) cabinet. I was about to give up until I found it on CSH. It was cost effective, arrived quick, and got me back to work!

  I got the wrong part.I needed a large fan blade and needed up with a tiny one.Yes it was my fault.I didn't read the dimentions.I asked how to send it back,as the partwas$4.00 dollars but shipping was $12.00.I was told I would have to pay the shipping and pay a20% restock fee.I said I would keep it and throw it away,and save another 17$ plus restock fee.I;ll never buy anything from your co.and not tell anyone to shop your business.
