  Unlike Amazon, when I looked up the electric motor I needed (bathroom fan) I got the actual part I typed in. Good pictures and description to verify it was correct. Then I ordered it and wondered how long it would take to arrive. 3 days! Did not expect that to my remote address. Thank you!!!

  Was disappointed that I was shipped the wrong motor, called customer service and sent a picture of the wrong part number and packing list. Within 5 minutes I had an RMA and return label emailed to me. Had the correct part in 2 days. Customer service lady was great, otherwise it would been 5 stars.

  I ordered a replacement pump for my well from CSH, let me tell you, I had ordered from 2 big supply companies previously and both orders were cancelled due to poor customer service. I am still waiting to be refunded by one. With that said I came across CSH and well took a chance and ordered another pump, there transaction, shipping and website are so easy and quick, so glad I ordered from them and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Definitely go with CSH you won't be disappointed.

  Using their online chat session, I was able to ask for a replacement of the4 current motor for a bathroom vent motor. They immediately identified the exact replacement part number. I ordered it after 4:00, they shipped it the next day, I received it in a couple of days. I swapped out my old motor with the new one. All is well Thanks..

  This is a wonderful site. Navigates well, so user friendly. I did not think I would be able to find a lens cover for my stove top hood because it is pretty old. My new one came quickly and was identical to the original one. Absolutely will use this site again.
