  Finding the coupler on your website was straight forward, as was the ordering. And the package arrived on time, as promised. Disappointing that the two couplers were loose, in the bottom of the box, with wrapping wadded and stuffed on top of them. One of the set screws was loose and could easily have been lost. Even though the couplers are all metal and durable, would it be so difficult to have wrapped paper around the couplers individually for protection? Show a little respect for the product the customer has paid!

  I purchased a unit from Amazon, which they cancelled after a couple days because of an address problem. This I didn't understand so I googled the supplier that was CHS and called to check out the problem. I talked to Cara who told me the unit I had ordered was out of stock. She asked some questions about what I was replacing and told me they had another unit that was a replacement for the one I have and that was ready to ship. I said great and gave the necessary information and received it two days later. I installed it today. It was a perfect replacement and all is well. Tell Cara that I really appreciated her time and effort to get me the proper unit in a timely manner. I could not have asked for better service, which is not always the case these days.

  When I buy from other company. No extra charge. You should change the shipper. Your price is good. if you use a better shipper, you can sell more motors. Why not use regular post service. That will be much better.

  Site was easy to work with, nothing pretty. Biggest bonus was their last of cross-reference part numbers to help me verify my fan motor was exactly what I needed for my Dayton Unit Heater with a worn out Fasco fan motor (bushings were shot). Other sites couldn’t give matched or changed part numbers or tell me what I needed to buy. This will be a site I go to first for shop parts from now on.

  I placed an order on Thanksgiving, the website clearly communicated they were closed till Monday and orders would be handled. I expected to not see it ship till Tuesday and recieve until Friday.   I searched the web looking for a motor the HVAC company couldn't locate. I inquired about the motor I needed and a gal named Debbie was fantastic! She crosschecked the motor # I had with what they had in stock, double checked with Engineering and assured me that the one they had was a replacement. I received it within 4 days and it was a perfect replacement. What a joy to replace a motor rather then a complete Venmar system! This company comes highly recommended! If there was 6 stars they would have received it from me!

  Needed a replacement electric motor for a 40 year old compressor. CSH had a Marathon CG381 motor in stock that is the exact replacement for the old GE C381. Installation was quick and easy without modifications. CSH offered the best price on the internet and shipping was prompt. Great service and quality product.
