  Very good, but your pictures left me a bit baffled. Not enough depth detail, so what looked like a perfect match turned out I am going to have to try to adapt the item to work. The photo you had did not show front and back sides therefore I did not see it was thinner and did not have the clamp on the back side that I needed.

  Excellent front desk service from Cara who treated me like I was an important customer. Follow up phone call was good, too. She answered my questions, addressed my concerns and discovered I had nothing to worry about when the "new" part number was the proper replacement part for the older number on which I ordered. Unit was shipped very fast, packed well, and even came with a gasket! Would recommend them to anyone needing parts.

  The power gear slide out motor fit and worked perfectly. This is the 2nd motor I have bought from them, the motor is about half price, I would definitely recommend using these folks.

  Everyone knows that the winter in Canada is tough. The furnace is not working in winter is even worse. My furnace refused to work a few days ago. I have to find the repair parts and make sure it is delivered to my home as soon as possible. I am very lucky to find CSH to get the purchase processed rapidly, and managed the delivery wasted no time. The information on the website is accurate and the price is reasonable.   I needed a new capacitor for my pool pump. I contacted CSH to see if they had one in stock because the item apparently has been discontinued and has been replaced by an A.O. Smith replacement. They confirmed (via a live chat, how awesome is that) they had the part in stock and would ship from NC that day if my order was placed before 3pm. I got the order in, it shipped the same day and I got it two days later. Not only was the shipping amazing in these COVID days, they actually supplied the exact same part I was having to replace (Pinch a Penny had no comparable part but were going to throw something in there to see if it would work). I don't normally mess with electrical stuff or order capacitors but they appear to be the weak link in pool pumps, ac systems, etc. There were two wires to connect and CSH saved me a service call ($125 from PAP!) and the cost of a PAP somewhere close capacitor. I have not had service this good since the March lockdowns. I would use CSH for anything they might carry that I need in the future. Thanks so much guys for all your help with this.

  This motor was advertised as totally enclosed, but when I received it, the motor housing has holes that allowed water to leak into the motor which I cannot use in my external condenser unit. I returned the item to CSH, but CSH charged the restocking fee of $23.05, which left me with $36.66 that was the amount that paid for the shipping of the order back to CSH. Basically, I wasted $59.71 for this motor, I got absolutely nothing for me to use. I will no longer buy anything from this company in the future.

  I got the motor cradle base that was shown on the website. But it was old, very dusty and looked used, plus it didn't have the 2 hub rings that were shown in the picture and supposed to be included!!
