Your fees have gotten so high that my agents can hardly afford to pay them. They are buying less autos than they used to. That is their only complaint.

Our experience with Copart in Billings has been very good when it comes to communication and representation of the online vehicles. The buyer fees are really high and we are looking other places for salvage. We are a heavy truck salvage yard, we don't do cars usually so to have to buy 25 vehicles to get a better fee is ridiculous. You don't get 25 a year in our area that work for us.

Every time I visit a sales yard to either look at a vehicle or pick one up I get more frustrated; you used to be a great company before Covid. Fee’s continue to rise, payment and pickup time keep getting shorter, yard visits now have to be escorted, pick ups need to go through another app, now I wait in my car for sometimes a long time just to be let inside an office to look at a vehicle. I opened one of your office doors recently to see if I could use the restroom and 2 office workers immediately wanted to know if I’d been texted in order to come in!!!!!! The fun experience is gone :(

Customer merchant Services is extremely bad. I complained to merchant services about their lack of support/help several weeks ago because it took so long to add a buyer to my account. So customer merchant services got vindictive and made me revise and add ALL new tax, documents, licenses, etc., etc. Dealing with them has been an awful and painful experience, which totally shocks me because Copart is a publicly traded company.

Bipolar. Some days the workers are polite and some days, it's like you asked to pull their teeth from their head. The mobile Alabama location is not very friendly. I try not to bid on items for sale at that loaction.

I prebid on a vehicle that was on my watch list and when the auction started I received a notice that I had purchased a different vehicle. I received an email shortly after the sale started that the vehicle I had originally bid on was offered with a counterbid to buy it at a lower price than I had bid. Before I could get to my computer to buy it at the new offer, it had been placed on BIN. I then bought it. I immediately called the Tanner location, they transferred me to corp, who transferred me back to the branch to talk to the manager, Zachary. I left a message for him to call me regarding the error in billing me for the wrong vehicle. I send him an detailed email, none of which he responded too. I emailed the regional Manager Timothy Smith, which he never replied. Left 2 more messages for Zach, no reply. Finally called the branch on the 3rd day and left another message and he emailed me that he could do nothing about it even if it was a computer glitch. I have been a customer of Copart for over 20 years and never had this happen. This could have been removed from my account, but the manager choose not to even make an attempt to correct the issue. It cost me $600 to deny the purchase and let it run again. Bad decision on the managers part! Perfect example of bad customer service. Johnny Bellis Auto Tech & Salvage Buyer #137492

Copart Shoud improve in disclosing the true picture of their inventories. Copart sold 2022 SUVs and carfax was changed after purchase . Not even same day. This is business witchhunt. All asset, liabilities and obligations on a car must be cleared before copart offer it for sale . It's business damaging . Am talking of 2022 SUV s here. If copart can't do anything about this. Then I have learnt my lessons real good like others with copart.

When you try to reach Copart by phone and we can get somebody to answer the phone they are useless and unwilling to help. I have been in the business for years and you have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

If seller puts u off 24 hrs then finally agrees to your bid u still only have 3 days, including day of sale, to get car w/o late fee. Total fees ridiculously high and new one was added recently. Front desk personnel are nice enough but it seems to be "just a job." Local Chick Filete can help w this. Sale lots are mud or dust, and gravel the size of apples. I do like that Tanner location lines cars up so they are easier to find. I don't appreciate having no place to wash hands, being forced to use company outhouses. Like having more inventory options than most ins auctions. It's dishonest to run cars as R when they can't be started even by lot personnel. I have 2 vehicles now that require expensive engines. Can't afford engines and body repair. Stuck!

Copart has this Business down to a Science! Some Good and some not so Good>I have been dealing with Copart for many Years and I have spent Quite a bit of Money with Copart. In looking back I should have taken half of my profits and purchased stock in place of Inventory and I would have done very well from that by now.I have always said when you think Copart has maxed out with fees think again just like the most recent such as $10.00 Enviormental Fee.?? and $50.00 Yearly membership increase which just be waived totally for Buyers such as myself who have helped you Profit so well all of these years. Doing the Math is very easy.$10.00 x ????......I know things are as they are and I intend on making a Profit on my every purchase but as I said,I should have bought your stock.I do like the fact that I can bid in so many places if I so desire. It is not all Bad!
