    The service was good, but 600.00 in Fees to buy a 1300.00 golf cart? The cart looked good in the pictures, but it was electrically trashed. Also, it might be a kindness if Copart noted that Water damaged golf carts are in fact ruined- permanently! Expect to spend 4K or more to replace motor and electrical.Or just give it away like I had to, because it wasn't worth the expense of repairs :(Come on, Copart knows these things.............

    Great purchase! the bid process or buy now is so easy to made. But I'll be honest the customer service (by the phone) on my experience is the worst I never had, the guys in there are so rude but Copart in general has the best online autoauction I use all the time.

    car was advertised as a rund and drive , but the engine locked up the whole vehicle was under water rusted ...... totally destruction scrap vehicle , trying to get in touch with somebody to get my money back nobody didn't called me for 3 days .... car was left at the auction and storage fee still apllies for the vehicle , when i talk with yard manager and i told him i will not get a scrap destrucion posted fraudulent as a run and drive !

    Horrible experience. I waited in the parking lot five hours for them to "find" the vehicle only to be told it was at another lot. Then they told me I would have to load it myself after they already said they would load vehicles when I called. Stay far away very very unprofessional staff that had no clue what's going on.

    My truck could not get there till after hours and they would not leave my car out they were impossible to work with I had a tow truck come and pull it off site and asked them to have it ready they would not bring it out till truck was on site, the tow truck charged me a extra $200 for waiting. I will never buy from a Denver lot again.

    Some cars I purchased has more damage ,missing keys , your fotographer is hiding damages taking angels it should be more clear, I bought 4 cars when came over find they are flood and managers except it back it’s the manager mistake they refund the money but not the transportation about $2000 total that isn’t my fault I am disappointed .     I purchased two vehicles last week from this yard and the process went well. The only issue I had was both vehicles were sold as Runs and Drives and one vehicle does not run. I purchase hundreds of vehicles from Copart a year and have much worse issues with other yards.

    the offices dont have the titles and paper work ready for an hours after i have already loaded up 3 vehicles go inside and they still haven't got the titles ready .... complete incompetence .... the paper work should be ready and waiting .... us drivers are on schedules and in a hurry and have NO time to be standing around ... GET the titles together and ready before we get there ... its paid you know we are coming to get them sooner or later ....

    I was given incomplete paperwork. I had to obtain the owner of record information myself from GADNR. The record showed the boat had an E-Title and a Lien. I called Savannah and actually got talk to a person after a long hold. Before getting any answers I was cut off. I made several attempts to call back with no luck I got a recording to leave my information and someone would return my call. I left my information that day and called the next day and no one ever returned my call. I faxed a message with a copy of the owner of record information twice, to Savannah, on two different days and never got a response. I mailed the same message and information and a week later no response. I had to get the lien release sent to the GADNR. To sell the Boat I will have to register the boat in my name at my expense to get the necessary paperwork to sell the boat in SC. There was a total lack of customer service. This is probably the way I will be treated the next time I buy a boat in Georgia. I buy a lot of boats and deserve some customer support. If there is customer support how do I get it????

    cuando empeze a ser miembro era mejor la situacion porque la membrecia era menor ahora esta muy saturado de miembros. Los periodos de pago y retiro de los autos es muy corto para los miembros de fuera de EE.UU y a los duenos de autos subastado mucho tiempo para aprobar o no lo subastado y a veces por un vehiculo hay que pagar al Banco por la transf. en mi caso que compro varios todas las semanas. Nos piden documentacion que en muchas oportunidades se solicitan a tiempo a entes publicos y los entregan cuando ellos quieren, ya en una oportunidad me pusieron unas penalidades grandes y no hubo forma de recuperarlas en Copart.

    Local phone # does not always go to local lot in Abilene TX and the other location is unable to help with requested service. The pictures of the items for sale are not always clear or showing the said damage. But the staff in Abilene are great and very good at helping you with a problem when one does happens.

    I only deal with Copart because my options are limited. Copart raised the fees for small companies like mine if you don't buy 12 or more vehicles in any 12 month period. They charged me for storage that wasn't owed but my driver had to pay it, after all I sent him well over 100 miles to pick the salvage up. Copart eventually credited to my account which I've never been able to successfully get credit for on my purchases. The St Louis Copart charged me internet fees on a "buy now" purchase although the main office in Texas said they were not supposed to charge that on "buy now" sales. They are extremely rude and treat my driver like a step brother. I also buy from IAAI, totally different experience. Friendly, correct any overcharges right then while my truck is at their yard, treats us like they appreciate my business. By the way, this is a 65 year old business, same location, second generation so it's not like I'm new to this at all.

    viewing the pictures on the website SUCKS at best .... IAA has a lot better setup to view pictures full screen HD all on one page .... i have to click at least 30 extra times to do the exact same thing on Copart ..... it takes me 5 times longs to look at a vehicle on copart than is does on IAA .... i actually HATE when i have to look up coparts sale days anymore compared to IAA sales

    As I said in my prior review, Copart has been one of the worst places I've ever dealt with. With very few exceptions your people are rude and difficult to deal with. As a company you couldn't care less about the buyer and your inaction on correcting odometer screw ups that your people caused borders on criminal! The same for damage caused by your loaders bouncing cars like ping-pong balls as they fly over pot holes in your poorly maintained yards. In short, YOU SUCK! The only bright spots are the local Pennsylvania yards, York Haven and Harrisburg that are staffed with helpful, intelligent people. You should let the staff of these two yards train the rest of your employees, they actually get the part about proper customer care.

    I have an ongoing issue with some fees that have been added on to the purchase of a vehicle. I reached out to them friday and they said he is the only one who can help me with my issue and that it has to be taken care of by monday(today). They said they said Friday he would be out off the office until today and today they said he is out of the office again. If they are unwilling to put me on the phone with someone who can actually help me by the end of the day it's going to cost me thousands of dollars. I will update my review accordingly depending on their response. Managers name is Matthew Richards Lot# is 38457150 Update. I believe Matt is out of the office. Felicia and Ernest have both been trying to help us. It has taken a lot of work on both sides but they are giving me an extra day to work out the issues so I appreciate that.     Your pictures on your website are deceiving. You can not tell if the roof bags are deployed. You do not state all the info about a car. You are charging sales tax for out of state buyers, you say it will be applied to excess funds, then it disappears and no one can explain where it went. two months ago I was high bid on a motorcycle, it disappeared from your web site.     Not responsible for damages to the cars or keys lost. Just give them your money. After being the highest bidder in the world they’ll ask for more. And then tell you we’re not responsible for $800 key lost to the vehicle.

    Louisville lot is a train wreck.Customer service with the whole corporation is so bad that calling it horrible is a compliment.What you want to watch in the Louisville lot is the converters are being stolen after the purchase and or not announced when you buy them.Look at your front ends after the loaders get done breaking and tearing them up.It's really bad.We all pay top dollar price and are getting scrap yard quality vehichles
