  Placing order was easy. Delivery was fast. Compression socks do not fit at all. Sizing was not accurate. Waste of $60. Will not order from here again.

  Compression Store was helpful in an exchange. While fewer steps in an exchange would be nice, the final result was an excellent product. I will be ordering a lighter color next time but this color was better than the initial one! Thank you for providing me with a quality product.

  I have been ordering from compression store for over 10 years. Overall I have been very pleased with the deliveries of my orders. The customer service team has always kept me up to date if they are out of stock on any items that I have ordered. They always give me options to order other items if my current items are out.   The hose are good, the shipping is terrible, it two weeks and I still haven't received the support socks. I not sure that i will order from the compression store again. Nothing more disappointing than paying over 300 dollars for an order and only receiving half of the order. Can not recommend

  I recently ordered 6 pairs of socks from Compression Store, and when they arrived I noticed the package bottom said they were one size and the package top said they were another. Odd, but then I opened one pack and on the plastic wrapper covering the sock was a label indicating the larger size (the size I had actually ordered) so I tried one on for size and discovered it was really the smaller size. As the same thing happened with a group of socks I had received from this same company about a year ago, I opted to return them. I had kept the socks from last years order but gave three pairs away that were labeled XL (my size) but we're actually just Large. I wasn't about to do that this time. Get with it guys! I like the socks, but would like to get the size I order.

  The compression is fine but even the size SS was a little long for me - if there is an extra short size, that would be better - especially for the ones with the toes open - I found them compressing my toes unless I pulled them up higher, which I was told not to, so they ended up not being terribly comfortable. I am 5' 3" tall.

  My lady friend just loves your compression hose. On the last order one stocking started a run immediately. I gave her order information, and she contacted you immediately. You immediately made arrangements to replace the stockings and notified me that the process was in motion. Thank You very much!!
