  I like ordering from your site and delivery is fairly quick, but here are a few suggestions....get more coffee pods other than the manufactures your using now. Different brand names. Make re-ordering easier. I have to click on each line from a previous order to re-order again. Send email when the order is actually on its way (tracking number perhaps?) We do like compostable products too! Add products like tea too? Reg and pod kinds.

  We love our new coffee. We've searched and tried so many coffees. We finally found one we love. We wanted a coffee that was a lresdy measured in its own filter for easy preparation and easy cleanup. But most importantly, it had to taste great. We found it with coffee house express. The perfect measure of coffee and fresh water every time we brew. So easy, even my hubby likes to make the morning coffee now.

  I will never give up my Senseo coffee maker unless they stop making pods. I enjoy mildly flavored coffee, so I mix one regular Senseo pod with one flavored pod, in the 2-pod holder, and it's amazing!

  Not only did I not get the correct item, their listing is very deceptive. They have their items listed as "pods" when they are in fact pouches. When I called to get a return label to return the item, the "lady" that handles that part of the business was very, very rude and uncooperative. I informed her that if she wasn't going to help me, I would dispute it with my credit cards and her response was "I will all credit card disputes." REALLY?!?!
