  Coffee pods are harder to find than K-cups, which makes a reliable source like Coffeehouse Express all the more welcome. There are any choices (we especially love Reunion Privateer.) Orders are always filled accurately and shipped quickly. I should also note that the staff instantly fixed things when I accidentally thought I'd failed to complete my most recent order and placed a second. Great company to deal with.

  coffeehouseexpress has been WONDERFUL to do business with. I love that they are local (to me) so service is fast. They sent the wrong coffee flavor one time and immediately resolved the issue, even though I didn't discover the problem until weeks after the box had arrived. They always have everything I want in stock. Items are packaged well and delivered on time, and their prices are competitive. I couldn't ask for more!

  Spent 10 days at a hotel with a coffee maker that uses pods and did not want to have to ask for pods every day since hotels are not cleaning daily. I ordered 2 boxes for my trip. My order arrived quickly. Less than a week from Cleveland to California with free shipping. At home I use my Keurig daily and believe the pods taste better and there's much less waste. Both coffees I ordered were delicious and well balanced. I'm not super picky. I don't like bitter or super bold so I stick with medium roast and breakfast blends. We used all the pods on our trip and I'll definitely be ordering more for future stays!

  I have ordered from them several times in the past and have a growing Airbnb business. I send my property owners to order their coffee here. I recently ordered decaf packet pods and the wrong product came. It was 1 cup vs 4 cups, but the pictures online look fairly identical so I trusted I was ordering the right thing based off the image. There is no way online to see that one is about 2” x 2” in size and the other one is about 5” x 5”. The way the product is depicted online, they look identical in size. Anyway, I reached out and there was not a moment of warmth from their customer service nor the manager that I was escalated to. They didn’t care that I would move all my future orders to another company. They simply told me they can’t afford to help me on the return shipping because they were a small business. I understand that because I am also a small(er) business. This is why I would expect some level of trying to keep me around. Maybe an offer to pay their shipping costs as it will most likely be much cheaper than what I have to pay as a one off delivery on a large box. Maybe they make me pay for it, but receive a credit on my next order with them. Maybe split the shipping. Anyway, nothing was offered at all so we will be moving on from here. The good news is as a result I found some better options at other sites. I never thought to look before due to my loyalty on a product I enjoyed. When someone makes a mistake at my properties I try to work with them as opposed to say “sorry, your mistake, you fix it”. It was just a salty way of dealing with me and they didn’t seem to care whether I stayed or left.

  First off, I prefer drinking only coffee made with 1-cup brewers. I came upon this site while researching where to find 1-cup coffee brewers (like the ones in the hotels). Coffeehouse Express has a phenomenal assortment of various coffee pods. They also have reviews of each brand/flavor, which I rely on for my decisions. Keep up the good work. Please lower your prices.

  I'm usually very happy with my orders, but the last two times you've been out of stock on your pumpkin spice flavor. Why is it available on the site and then have to be refunded? Other items out of stack are clearly marked. I could have bought something different if I had known.
