  The ordering was difficult because everything says American Coffee Service and the only use the website for OHIO customers, the coffeehouse express.com website is for outside of OHIO. Very confusing, they need to combine or explain on both websites.

  We prefer single-serve coffee pods and Coffeehouse Express is one of the few vendors who sells regular and decaf in bulk boxes. It is so much more economical than K cups and we think they taste much better!

  I did not have a problem in making the order and item arrived on the last day of promised delivery time. i keep tracking my order and they donot fulfill the order as soon as it is ordered. My complain about the the product responded right away through email BUT they refer you to the distributor in Canada regardig product complain. They dont make any action.   I'm enjoying the soft coffee pods, especially in a variety of flavors. It's easy to get good coffee, but soft pods are no longer available in grocery stores, so I can only find them online. For variety, I like to mix flavored pods with a good coffee blend. The range of choices at Coffeehouse Express is extensive, and shipping time is very fast.

  It was easy to place the order and very quick and timely delivery. I am not as happy with the ultra maxwell house coffee as I was with the 10 pack filter packs I had been using for years that I could purchase at the grocery store. I am disappointed that maxwell house has discontinued that product. The ultra is okay, but leaves an aftertaste and is not as satisfying. I would definitely order coffee again thru coffee house, especially since you cannot purchase filter packs of any kind in the grocery stores anymore.
