  The pecan coffee is very good, i have found a source for good coffee ( to me ). The service is very good, but as things are i believe the price is high and the web site is frustrating to use ( might be me ) butt all is good, product and service !

  Service was fair. I ordered once and it was cancelled. I immediately re-ordered and it was received. Initially on the second order I did not receive the $9.00 Labor Day Discount and was initially told the sale was over. I insisted that I should not be penalized because of your cancellation and was then given the discount after ins9sting on it.

  I can not get these packs at any local store, so I was glad to find them. However, 100 at a time is an excessive number for a household to purchase to have on hand to serve occasional guests. If they were sold locally, the packs should be clearly marked as to what coffee pot for which they are designed/ suitable.

  This is the only place that I can find the single, coffee filter pods for my hospitality coffee maker (not the k-cups). The prices are good and the shipping is phenomenal - I receive my order quickly. The choices of coffee are varied. Please put some coffee makers on your site to go along with these single filter pods, those are hard to find too.
