  I've been ordering coffee pods from Coffeehouse Express for many years, and have always found them to offer excellent service. When there was a mix-up on my most recent order, they quickly rectified the problem and sent me the item that had not been delivered. This was done in a friendly and professional manner. Great company to do business with.

  The ordering was difficult because everything says American Coffee Service and the only use the website for OHIO customers, the coffeehouse express.com website is for outside of OHIO. Very confusing, they need to combine or explain on both websites.

  We prefer single-serve coffee pods and Coffeehouse Express is one of the few vendors who sells regular and decaf in bulk boxes. It is so much more economical than K cups and we think they taste much better!

  I buy coffee from this site for a fry years now. I purchase hospitality packs, that are reasonably priced and makes it less expensive than buying separate smaller packs.Delivery is pretty fast and I recommend this service to everyone else.

  I did not have a problem in making the order and item arrived on the last day of promised delivery time. i keep tracking my order and they donot fulfill the order as soon as it is ordered. My complain about the the product responded right away through email BUT they refer you to the distributor in Canada regardig product complain. They dont make any action. Am very disappointed about my latest transaction. I will not order from them again!

  I have zero complaints for this company or for any of their products! My most recent shipment took 14 days to arrive and the shipping box was trashed but that is NOT the fault of coffeehouseexpress. I love them!!
