  Top notch service! I hired them to set up my tracking for adwords since I had no clue how to do it. I must say the service was top notch. It was done very quickly. I can finally track my converting kws for my adwords campaign! I especially like the constant communication throughout the project. They were very professional and would highly recommend them.   I worked with Josh and Coalition under 'retainer' (their way of handling maintenance / miscellaneous tasks that come up when you run an online business) The Good Quick responses to requests, as advertised Reliable development work (harder to come by these days, it seems) Well organized The Bad $$$$. We had a lot of stuff to get taken care of, and managed to burn through a lot of money quickly. We knew our site wasn't built the best the first go round, but we didn't anticipate how quickly we could spend money The Ugly The employee illustrations. The green they use for their little team drawings is an eyesore and if I ever see another one of them, I may just get sick In the End Go with Coalition. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.

  I just finished a web design project with Coalition on Bigcommerce. Everything was very well done and very professionally managed / delivered. There are a few things that I noted from my experience that are shareable or noteworthy Its been noted before, but their quotes / estimates are always in business days. If you don’t catch that in advance that’s on you, but I do feel like they could highlight what that means for ACTUAL dates sooner in the process. (PS They are also estimates, which they note everywhere). Contracts are loooooonnnnng. Not sure this is a good or bad thing, but their contract is probably twice as long as any web design contract I’ve ever seen. They are also WAAAAY more detailed than other ones I’ve seen so there is some plus there. But there are also more terms / exclusions / policy type of things. They also have spent some money making sure the contracts read okay- attorneys wouldn’t all have a bad rap if they bothered simplifying / over explaining the fine print like Coalition has. Unlike some others I’ve seen review here, I read the terms, understood them, and agreed to them. No biggie. Just be aware of what you’re getting into. You’re one of many. Again noted before, I’m not paying pricing for web design where I expect to be the only client which I can appreciate. But I did miss a few of their deadlines for me and that doubled up on some of the time till next deliverable. If you’re in a rush, I’d be very clear and ready to participate.

  I have been enjoying Coalition Technologies website, which has a very modern look. Some of the design reminds me of the coolest product designs in the 60s and 70s - but it doesn't appear dated at all. Just cool.   Coalition Technologies simply put, is just awesome. They are staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people, so, if you're like me and ""tech speak"" is like chinese, then you'll be okay. Hopefully, you're shopping around for your first web designer to build you a site. Unfortunately for me, when I came to them, they were my third attempt. To say the least, I was skeptical and my wallet hat already taken a hit. Still, I gave them a shot and have received several compliments on the look of the site! It's still a relatively new site, and I understand that, so, time will tell what comes of it but as far as the people and the work that Coalition Tech did and still is doing for me, they are fantastic! Give them a shot and I promise you, you will not be dissapointed!

  Review I hired Coalition do do my fashion ecommerce website and thought I'd offer a quick bit of background on my experience and a tip First, this company is very focused on design that sells (converts is the term they use) and works for 'typical' online marketing stuff This is not a bad thing, but if you're a fashion company, you might want to be more focused on just the look and feel. They're designers seem really good at their focus, but weren't as independently creative as I would have hoped We had to spend a bit more time and money to get the look and feel right in the design phase than I intended, but got a site we're happy with If you are building a site where looks are the top priority, maybe they aren't the best for you. If you want a good looking site that is more about selling and marketing, they probably are a reliable choice.

  Bigcommerce Pros. Bigcommerce dose not have all the tools out of the box set up for SEO. You need an expert that knows what needs to be done, and what needs to be addressed first. This is where we found Coalition. I searched SEO bigcommerce providers on google (ugh...). There on page one was Coalition. Let me save you a couple of hours. Call them ask them to review your site. Find out why your not getting the traffic to your site you should be getting. (Unless your a competitor of mine, in that case stay away!) I have tried doing it myself, I even know what needs to be done, but doing it in Bigcommerce.... ""No thanks.""I can spend a few hundred bucks and get it turn key, and go back to managing my ecommerce site, not developing it.

  After i switched from Volusion to Shopify, I was back to square one when it came to SEO. I jumped on Google looking for SEO consultations and Coalition Technologies right away. I figured it was safe to say these people were legit since they were one of the first results for ""SEO Consultation"". I dialed the number on the website and they answered the phone right away. They spoke with me and asked me questions about my business and website and explained things in a way that I could understand. They are very knowledgeable all around and have team members that will help you in any area. After 2 days they provided me with a full report on all the things I was doing wrong with my SEO and all the things I was doing right. This report is full and very comprehensive.
