  Coalition Technologies was great to work with! I was shocked at how quick they were to reply to my request and I was able to talk to someone immediately to get a quote and a plan to resolve my website issue. They were able to fix a problem within a day and I was hesitant to reach out because I thought it would cost too much money and take too long. Coalition Technologies was very quick and the job was within their free 2 hour window and they did not overcharge me and there were no hidden costs. The instructions sent were so detailed and easy that even a 5 year old could have made the changes needed. We will definitely use their services again if we have any other issues and I would highly recommend working with them for any of your website needs.

  Coalition Technologies simply put, is just awesome. They are staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people, so, if you're like me and "tech speak" is like chinese, then you'll be okay. Hopefully, you're shopping around for your first web designer to build you a site. Unfortunately for me, when I came to them, they were my third attempt. To say the least, I was skeptical and my wallet hat already taken a hit. Still, I gave them a shot and have received several compliments on the look of the site! It's still a relatively new site, and I understand that, so, time will tell what comes of it but as far as the people and the work that Coalition Tech did and still is doing for me, they are fantastic! Give them a shot and I promise you, you will not be dissappointed!

  We've been working with Ryan Flamini, our Digital Producer with Coalition for close to 2 years. He's been absolutely awesome to work with. Meaghan Hohman joined on to help Ryan with our Website Development and SEO strategizing. The two of them have been really great with helping us get our new website finished with Development, and launched. This website was on hold for almost a year until Ryan and Meagan came in and cleaned up where our previous Development company left off. They are now helping us with our SEO so it's nice to be making that transition. Communication with Ryan and Meagan is excellent. They are always quick to respond, and they communicate when they are out of the office. We are incredibly happy with our whole experience with Coalition, and we would definitely recommend them to any company in need of similar services.

  Coalition Technologies was very honest and did exactly what they said they would do. They analyzed my website and my Google Analytics. I have to be honest, I do not know what I am doing and they were very up front about how much their help would cost on a monthly basis. It was too high for my small boutique. But they did offer to help me with the analysis. I would recommend them for SEO help but you need to know a lot more than I do to make it all work? I'm SEO illiterate! With their help, I could probably find someone local who can carry out the suggestions. Cassandra and Kristen were amazing and responsive. Give them a try!

  I've rarely been more impressed with the customer care and attention to detail than in my interactions with Coalition. I can tell they care about what they do and they care about doing it right. If you're looking for a super cheap shortcut solution, this probably isn't the place for you. If, however, you're looking for a team of experts who will sit down with you, listen and spend the necessary time to fix the problem for good...consider giving Coalition a call!

  I spoke to several agencies prior to reaching out to Coalition Technologies and to be honest my experience with the other agencies wasn’t great. They seemed to think they had a lot to offer, but they didn’t really seem to listen to our site’s particular needs, not to mention their deliverables weren’t very impressive. Talking to Doug was refreshing and he quickly set his team apart from the competition. Coalition Technologies has a much more collaborative approach than what I’ve experienced elsewhere. Doug is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I’m looking forward to see how big our site can get!

  Coalition Technologies increased our daily site visits from almost zero to 400-500 per day, this also resulted to our dramatic increase in conversions.   I recommend Coalition Technologies for any lead generation campaign. Our company averaged 1 million dollars per year, and this is already a good number compared to our size. The work done by Coalition is accounted for 25% of my business. Work was coming in as a result of our efforts. During any downtimes, we listened to Coalition Technologies and pushed our ad budget towards areas for which we can get more leads. Through focusing more on website content and online exposure, we were able to grow. Coalition also gave me a lot of advice on how to use Yelp and other online services. I had Coalition redesigned our website, giving it a much more professional look. Anytime I saw something that I liked on a competitor's website, Coalition made the changes. I'm not always the easiest person to work with, and the previous company I used didn't have very good customer service when it came to making changes or fixing problems. Coalition was always available for me, calling me afterhours and on weekends. You always have their supportive, and I've appreciated that level of service. With Google constantly changing their parameters, people also need to do their homework and be patient. I trusted Coalition to have the best approach.

  Coalition Technologies knows what they are doing and has really good people in their team. We achieved first-page ranking in 11–17 targeted keywords after 4–5 months. Coalition Technologies delivers high-quality results as a result of their expertise and deep understanding of the client. Their regular communication essentially resulted to a smooth workflow. They had done a couple of websites and two of them are our competitors. We had actually seen them move up in organic search rankings on both Google and Bing. This is the reason why I called Charles (Digital Strategist, Coalition Technologies) 4–5 months ago. The negotiation and quote process didn't take longer than a week, and the actual project kicked off 2–3 weeks later. They do extremely well. Every month, we receive a report with the most important SEO metrics we needed to know. We also touch-base every two weeks that’s followed by a report that summarizes what we talked about, including their recommendations for us and a to-do list for both sides.

  I was looking for Los Angeles web design companies and stumbled across Coalition Technologies. There were some really good reviews about the company so I gave them a call since I needed a site built for my flower shop. All I can say is that I am very happy that I gave them a call. They built me a very nice website that suited my business perfectly and managed to add features I specifically needed, like a shopping cart and live chat. I was so pleased with the website that I ended up using them for their SEO services as well. That is still in the works but so far so good.

  I just had a website made for my print media firm and was astonished with the results I had.   Coalition Technologies is a very efficient well run company. I recommend Luke Adams in HR. They have an awesome way of working with designers that impels them to do their best work because they are willing to give designers feedback.   Coalition has been working with our company Forensis Group on search engine optimization and marketing and they have obtained much better results for us in search rankings than we had before. In 2013 we lost a lot of our rankings and leads and so we had to get professional help to get back up before our business suffered worse damage. They have done a great job and helped to save our business and even increase the amount of leads from where we were before. They are always professional, and email or call back promptly. I really like that they have been completely honest with us and did not try to sell us on instant results, but showed us that quality white hat SEO is a process that takes time.

  Yippee kay yai yay! LOVE LOVE LOVING working with Coalition for PPC right now. Everything is going so perfectly thanks to Rebecca and her team. It is SUCH a breath of fresh air to get someone who really is on top of things and does what they will say they are going to do. They are our 4th adwords company in as many years and the only one who is making PPC work like we thought it should. Adwords always underperformed compared to everything else that drove traffic to our website. Lower conversions, lower sales, lower visits. Now its actually doing better. THANKS!

  Technically competent group with good project management! Found Coalition through an ecommerce platform that we were using. The support guy there recommended we talk to them about a more complicated integration with Quickbooks to ensure we were getting all of the inventory, order, and customer information into our accounting team properly. Probably the first real plus to our experience with Coalition was that we talked to someone who wasn't your average sales guy. He actually had a good understanding of the technical capabilities of the Bigcommerce API and had a number of projects that he could reference to help us simplify what we were looking for. He worked with us to get a scope of work and a quote inside of 2 or 3 days which also impressed me and my manager. Their quote was higher than several others we received (probably one of the 3 most expensive projects). BUT, the experience and background and the speed by which they were able to put together a scope of work really helped us feel better about signing with them. Their timeline also seemed much more realistic, which helped us feel like they had a better grasp on what was happening. After we signed, the original salesperson (strategist) led the project handoff and rollout with their development team and project manager. Things went very smoothly from there. About a month later we had our custom script up and running. Total rating- 5 out of 5 stars. Higher priced, but smooth, pretty pain free process, and a script that hasn't given us any problems in two months.

  I've been working with Coalition for a month now and so far so good! We are an ecig company (premiumecigarette.com), and they helped us amp up our eCommerce site. They changed the toolbar for us really fast and have recently been working on a cool new static header for us to increase sales. Their next project is the blog. It's a big project so I'm hoping they pull through like they have with the other projects! I'll let the review world know how it goes! But so far, I give them 5 stars. Definitely check these guys out!

  I've been reading a lot of the reviews left here for Coalition Technologies and I'm frankly stunned to see some of the more negative ones posted here. My experience with this company has been nothing but phenomenal. From my first interaction with their sales rep to working with the entire design team. Everyone was very professional, supportive and courteous. I particularly liked the fact that they did stakeholder interviews before starting work on the project to ensure they understood exactly what we wanted our site to be. They were even accommodating enough to build a splash page for us (thrusthostels.com) in addition to the mobile prototype we paid for without charging us anything additional. The only problem I had with Coalition was when it came to billing for their services. All of the companies we've done business with have some sort of notification process to advise you when a payment is going to be deducted from your account. This was not the case for us with Coalition. I sent an email to Joel to notify him of this and he assured me that they would work on resolving this matter. We love our splash page and mobile prototype and would not hesitate to work with Coalition again in the future. Our project was completed on time and on budget.

  After i switched from Volusion to Shopify, I was back to square one when it came to SEO. I jumped on Google looking for SEO consultations and Coalition Technologies right away. I figured it was safe to say these people were legit since they were one of the first results for "SEO Consultation". I dialed the number on the website and they answered the phone right away. They spoke with me and asked me questions about my business and website and explained things in a way that I could understand. They have all been very friendly, helpful, informative and present in their interactions with their customers. They are very knowledgeable all around and have team members that will help you in any area. After 2 days they provided me with a full report on all the things I was doing wrong with my SEO and all the things I was doing right. This report is full and very comprehensive. It includes all the links that have issues whether it be duplicate content or title tags or oversized images. The report also includes an easy to read summary / checklist with the recommended fixes or improvements. I give this company a 10/10 and would recommend them to anyone.

  I'd spent a bit of time puling a list of company locally that seemed to be well reviewed and then tried to call them all. Since I rely on yelp for a lot of recommendations, I thought I would drop off my thoughts here. Here's the meeting with them: 1. Seem very fast. I called the office after hours, got a call back the next morning from Jordan. He said he was the 'head of their strategy' team. Said they didn't really have a sales team - more focused on 'doing work' then selling it. Don't know if that's true or not but that's what he said :D. 2. Very thorough. They asked a lot of questions about my business. Sometimes the questions were related to my business and I didn't understand the relevance. Jordan did a good job explaining why they were interested in some of these things. 3. Approach was relaly personalized. The whole time I talked to them, everything was really about me and how what they did could work for me. Never came across as a 'sweat pants approach' (a term Jordan used to describe others in their industry). It really felt like what I was looking to achieve would be done.

  I did a quick google search for SEO services for Bigcommerce websites and came across Coalition. First I checked out their portfolio and found out that they have done some amazing SEO work for other companies like mine. I called them and spoke with Kevin. Kevin listened to me about what I thought my site was lacking in. I have been in web development for companies since 2005, the team there knew exactly what needed to be done, and had a plan for implementation before I hung up the phone. Now we're doing site evaluations, SEO keywords, it's amazing how fast they jumped on top of my site. I can already see traffic increasing. Listen if you have a Bigcommerce store, it is not set up for optimization. My advise is don't waste your time trying to do it yourself, call Coalition and back to running your store.

  After a site redesign my website took a major hit to organic traffic. While developing my WordPress theme I had not considered the impact of proper SEO methods or schema. Thankfully coalition technologies was able to point me in the right direction with their SEO audit service. I didn't have to schedule a call, or be chased down by sales reps. I explained what the problem was and they got back to me with a comprehensive SEO audit for my site in just a few days. They discovered quite a few problems with my sites structure that was causing my previously high search rankings to drop. It's clear that they are experts with both Wordpress and eCommerce. After a year my site has fully recovered, and it would not have been possible without Coalition Technologies. Great affordable SEO agencies are few and far between so it's nice to find a team like them.
