  It's a very good alternative in learning a language, especially for those who prefer studying online and more personalized to your level and how the class will be conducted. You will have a wide pool of teachers available according to the language or subject you wish to learn. Plus, it also offers a free trial class with the teacher you want to book the classes with, which is a great initiative to see the method of the teachers first. That aside, an app would be much more user-friendly in navigating and handling the platform. Maybe have it available a bit sooner.

  I think Classgap overall is a decent platform, but sometimes there are connection issues with one of the teachers I've had (and I cannot tell if that is really their internet connection but probably because the other teacher there are no connection problems). One other downside is that I seem unable to connect and use my Apple Airpods to the Classgap platform for some reason so I have to use the computer speaker/microphone.

  I've been using Classgap since 2019, first to improve my French, and lately to improve my Spanish. It's incredibly user friendly, the payment system is great, and I found fantastic teachers for a very affordable price!!! Very happy with the overall experience!!! Highly recommend!!!

  Easy to use website and pleasant to the eye. A lot of subjects are available and there are various teachers to learn from. Free trial session is nice, as other similar platforms make you pay for this option. Lessons are easy to schedule and cancel or reschedule and customer service is always helpful.

  I am very happy to learn Portuguese through Classgap. I was very easily able to search through the teachers and have a small talk with several of them to find the one who fits my needs the best. I booked one full session and afterwards I was buying 5 pack of classes all-together. The scheduling of classes is super easy and convenient. I can also message my teacher at anytime through the website. The online classroom provided by Classgap is super handy, we can share documents there, share the screen, make notes…. everything you can think of. I will continue using Classgap to learn Portuguese and I highly recommend it to everyone!

  It is easy to find relevant teachers using the filters. Although the lesson video chat and messages work well, it might be nice to see some more of the advanced classroom features being used by more teachers, like the classroom materials and resources space for access, organisation and assignments outside of the video lessons. They may seem bare bones or a little bit more difficult to access for a lot of teachers on limited time.

  Here's my incredible review about classgap! This site is easy to navigate, and booking classes is very straightforward. I love it! It helped me secure a job with the tutoring I received here on ClassGap. If you're not on ClassGap getting tutoring sessions, I would strongly encourage you to do so. there are affordable tutors who are incredibly intelligent who carry expert-level experience. They have worked for Fortune 500 companies and played a massive role in bringing millions to these massive corporations. they are high quality tutors, who price their sessions at discounted prices. Take the time to search for a tutor who fits your needs. there are hundreds to choose from who can help you fast track the process on becoming employed, obtaining a promotion, and/or elevating your skill sets. i highly recommend classgap, give them a try if your in need of any help. by the way i have years using thier service and ived only had positive experiences .

  My husband created a personal account for me on the training platform, I was signed up for a trial 20 minutes with several teachers. I took a trial lesson yesterday, and today is my first paid lesson. I liked it and purchased a package of lessons. Then I changed my personal email to work email and my lessons disappeared from the list. My schedule is empty, even taking into account the purchased lessons and planned trial lessons, as well as the class room of the lesson completed today. I haven't found anyone I can contact with this problem.

  I met an amazing vocal teacher trough class gap and we've been regularly taking our lessons.   Lessons online are great! They enable you to choose the right teacher for you, despite the physical distance between you.   It is a very good site, real, trustable, with a lot of teachers. Most of the teachers I found were great, although a few exceptions, as not every teacher there is 100% trustworthy **, but, in any case, Classgap returned my money back. ** the case, that had nothing to do with the site: it happened to me that I had found two candidate teachers to solve my doubts related to advanced MSc math, quite intimidating linear systems math, a detail I described in the message. The first teacher accepted a free short demo class, but later he canceled it, saying that he had some issues, was a bit overwhelmed, and he would have no time to prepare for such a level of difficulty. After this, as the second teacher had no free short demo class, I requested to book some lessons, again, describing the difficulty, and he accepted, probably without reading my message. Later, that teacher canceled the class a couple of hours earlier, probably when he checked... As I said above, Classgap returned the money, but I recommend students to plan in advance, describe the level of difficulty properly in the message, and request a short free lesson first to make sure you both are on the same page. With other teachers, I had no issues at all. I recommend Classgap in any case, a lot of good teachers there.

  After using classgap for over a year I can say that I haven’t come across any issues while using the site,it’s very practical and as a beginner I didn’t have any problem accessing the collaborative work space or any other feature of the application. For me the most important trait of classgap for me is being able to chooses for a variety of quality teacher from all over the world and learn any language you are interested in. This way I was able to find an amazing teacher whose teaching abilities I have been extremely satisfied with. This way I was able to upgrade my knowledge and expand my vocabulary and reach my language goals. The most important trait that made learning online a lot easier and more practical for me is having access to the white board while in class that way you are able to follow the lecture better and view all the exercises and examples shared in class. Also an important and useful feature is the collaborative work space allowing you to view any material shared by the teacher and add your own essays or exercises done. I found using classgap very practical and enjoyable, and I am looking forward to all of my next lessons. I also found paying process reliable and easy. Its easy to pay in local currency.it’s also very easy to share messages and communicate with the teacher and in that way avoid any inconveniences or problems when it comes to any issues with sceduling or moving lessons,I also find good communication with the teacher very important for better organization and to avoid any possible misunderstandings.I ‘v had sufficient communication with all of my teachers and their reply’s were always regular and on time. Aside from some problems with the internet connection Whitehall are also more of an individual problem for the household rather than a issue with the website I haven’t faced any major issues using classgap and I gave a very positive experience overall. A thing that I have found very useful as feature of classgap is being able to access the site and have lessons from any of your devices. Unlike other online platforms such as Skype for example where a different version of the application is required to have class from different devices. This feature of the classgap is very important and practical in situations where you don’t have access to certain devices or for the individuals with limited access to all online devices. I am very grateful for the opportunity to meet all of my teachers especially my English teacher.

  Classgap is an efficient way to learn. You can send messages and attach documents to send to your tutor and it's great that you can access any worksheets after the class. I haven't learnt yet how to share my screen with my tutor, which would be beneficial and as yet i don't know how well the audio works for listening to clips or watching videos. I think the fact I can reschedule classes, if necessary, is a useful addition.

I have a great teacher, very experienced and focused, my classes are well-structured - we always talk, learn and practice grammar, there are revisions and listenings.   Being in my mid-thirties, the thought of partaking in music lessons was daunting at first. My Classgap instructor has done an excellent job at assisting me with my introduction to piano, and quickly made me comfortable during the free introductory lesson. The barriers that I initially thought would exist in lessons via teleconferencing just simply aren’t there. My instructor’s wide breadth of knowledge on music theory and its application on a piano were evident from day one. In just a few lessons my Classgap instructor has given me an invaluable set of tools and exercises to improve my technicality, while still learning some of my favorite tunes. I look forward to every lesson with my instructor at Classgap and am excited for my future with the piano!

  This site is very easy and straight forward to use. It was easy to find my tutor, he is excellent, and it is very easy to communicate with him through the site. Payment and scheduling are very easy as well.

  The service and the quality of the teachers are excellent! Me and my kids (12 and 16 years old) are great fans of Glassgap and learn English, Spanish and French with a lot of fun and success! Very recommendable not only for adult language learners, but also for children. Thank you for such a positive experience to the whole Glassgap-team!
