  I have using this website for 2 months and I do not plan on leaving it. It has a great plan, everything is easy and understandable. During the classes you have video and chat and you can write with the teacher. Also it has good policies with reservation and cancelation of classes. Perfect system! 100% a recommendation for all

  I’m very happy with the existence of classgap, I’ve been able to study piano and singing, long held dreams of mine since I was a kid. Now I’m able to accomplish them from the comfort of my home, no matter the weather or situation. The classroom interface is really didactic although there could be some improvement with the lagging issues. I highly recommend the app for anyone looking to experiment and learn!

  The faculties in Classgap are really good and knows the subject very well. Classgap is very easy to enroll and can choose your sunject and teacher with much ease.   This website rocks for learning whatever you choose to! I've taken singing and Spanish lessons on this website and it's set up really well. I love that you can find a variety of teachers for each subject. I also really love that you can do an intro class to make sure you like the teacher before you pay. I would definitely recommend class gap to anyone looking to learn a new language or skill!

  This application is so great, I found the class i want and communicate with tutors till i found one. I liked the fact that there is a free 20 min to check the classes. The navigation is easy and there is email reminder of classes, prices are reasonable. I respect the fact they check the components checker before entering the class whether is a video check or audio to make sure that it is suitable for class. The share screen is so great better than any other sharing screen. I gave it 5 because it actually deserves it.

  Everything works very well on the technical side. One has access to a variety of choices of teachers (music in my case) from many countries. My first choice is an excellent teacher. I learned so much in a short time and learned concepts I found difficult to learn from (more expensive) face to face teachers.

  Classgap has been in invaluable tool given this pandemic, and has been a very useful platform to learn and practice Spanish on.   Overall I have enjoyed using classgap a lot, I think only minus is for the vortual classroom. Sometimes it gets some bugs which interupts our lessons a bit, and also some of the features are very hard to see from my laptop screen - for my bigger screen it works well. Byt teachers, booking system and everything else has been super good so far!

  I needed a program/system that offers flexibility, convenience, ease of use and affordable fees to support my language learning efforts. I found all 4 in ClassGap! As a mom of three, together with my husband, we moved to a country where language-learning is essential, but in the confines of supporting my family, learning to live in a different culture and caring for all the "normal" day to day stuff, etc. I found ClassGap while looking for online options and I was sold on it immediately... especially because they offer a FREE interview with as many or as few teachers as needed to find a good fit, recognizing that not every teacher is good fit for any given student. Additionally, -The website was easy to navigate (including finding an option to take a language test to give me and my chosen tutor an idea of my present level. Side note: one can re-take the test at any given time to check progress!) -I could filter for teachers from specific countries AND within my price range -The space given for teachers to write their bios was incredibly helpful, including their interests, specialities as well as short video bios was very helpful -Having the option to see the hours each teacher is available to meet helped to further filter which teacher(s) I would pursue. (In saying that, it was very important to know that I wasn't stuck with a certain time slot, but that I could choose from a range of class times depending on my schedule and needs.) The first teacher I had ended up needing to discontinue our classes (I had purchased a package of 20) as she had the opportunity to work in a more permanent job and her new hours on ClassGap did not coincide with my availability. Without issue, I messaged ClassGap and they responded promptly by giving me a full credit for classes I had not yet used! The personal profiles are also easy to navigate with -clear tracking of how many classes you have remaining, upcoming classes (with email reminders) & class history -Reminders to use classes before expiration (EXTRA Star for ClassGap as the time allotment is very generous, taking into consideration unexpected interruptions, etc!) -Tab for messages between yourself and the tutor Because you don't receive receipts automatically for classes paid for, I needed to contact customer service again. They responded PROMPTLY and without issue, sent me a receipt. A 5-star review is not too generous!

  I've been using classgap now for a few months in order to learn spanish. I think its important to look around for the right teacher to help you acheive the goal that you desire. Classgap does encourage students to "Shop Around" for the right teacher by suggesting to teachers to provide free trial classes which in tern makes sure you find someone that works well with you. The application and video recording environement does have a few little problems with disconnectings but a simple refresh of the screen tends to fix any major issues. All and all, I would highly recommend anyone who is considering using classgap to assist them on their learning journey.

  I was hesitant at first but now | love classgap. My experience of the teachers {Spanish and Italian} has been brilliant. Both are very knowledgeble and fun and they allow me to learn the way I want to. They take all the notes from the lesson and give me access afer the lesson. Classgap is also very affordable as I buy 10 lessons at a time. the platform is much better than skype which I had used previously. I guess the main benefit is that you and your tutor are not tied to times or places. My Spanish teacher lives in Austria and my Italian teacher in Spain. It is also in my opinion mor effective than face to face learning and really suits someone who is serious about progressing. Love it.

  The only suggestion is to create a "fidelity card" between the student and the teacher. There should be a difference between the booking of a new student compared to a studentd that have attended several lesson, in term of price. In parallel, to have a fixed long term teacher price could be very appreciated. It happens that you start the lessons with a certain price, that increases in a few weeks.

  My daughter have english and french classes. Both teachers are extremely professional and committed with the classes. At the english class the teacher is aware of the contents my daughter is working at school so it helps here to review all the gaps and questions. At French classes the teacher is very energetic and he challenges my oldest daughter to speak and overcome her fear to speak. I have taken classgap lessons in the gap so I was confident to take them back this year. My main constructive feedback is around the image window is small in my opinion and you need to see how the teacher pronounces the words and this is difficult since the screen is small, we use a second screen and that works great to increase the screen size.

  The platform is very easy to use and has all the functionality needed for remote learning. I have switched from classroom to virtual classroom in Classgap due to the COVID crisis. But I consider this a positive change.

  The platform is easy to use and provides access to teachers literally all over the world. I have 2 teenage boys using it and they go willingly to their lessons, and that says it all. It is easy to plan lessons and communicate with the teachers. When there is a glitch it is quickly sorted. I would recommend it.
