    I was trying to order 4 of the product I wanted from a company who ended up only having 3. If they had the 4th in stock I could have received free shipping plus not pay shipping again from having to order 1 from another company. I phoned the company with no resolve, just that they only had three in stock. Thankfully I thought to check with Cheshire and they had exactly what I wanted & had my order shipped out immediately!     I was pleased with the prices on all the products (not marked way up, the same or cheaper than other similar sites) and I was thrilled with how quickly they got my items to me given I ordered between Christmas and new year. Lastly, I loved that they fit everything into the smallest box possible, I couldn't believe all the products I'd ordered were in the box when it arrived, but they were! This is good on reducing waste and good for the environment.

    I had a little trouble with ordering on the website and it happened again the next time I tried. However I am close enough to go pick it up and they were super friendly. The problem was fixed, no questions asked. I didn’t even want to remove a star because of the friendly, helpful staff, but PLEASE fix the problem with the website.     Began to order an item online but called to speak to a representative to confirm my order would be received by the date indicated online. I was told, yes, for sure I'd get the order in time (this was a party gift). I double-checked and stressed how important this was - again I'm told no worries, I'd receive it on my requested date. The next day I receive an email saying the item would arrive the day AFTER I expected it. I call and speak to a representative, who doesn't know anything about this. She finally determines that the person I originally spoke to on the phone did NOT communicate the request to the warehouse. This left me having to go out three hours before I was to be picked up for this party and search for another gift. On top of that, the rep tells me the item is en route so I'll have to receive it (after the fact) and then take it to a shipping facility to return it. Really? You're asking me to invest MORE of my time to fix your problem? I mentioned that I felt it was unbelievably bad customer service to ask me to do this. They might have said they apologize and when the item arrives just keep it, give it away, throw it away, whatever. This fell on deaf ears. Instead, they insisted I needed to return the item or get charged. They should have put as much effort into ensuring I received my item on the date originally promised as they did in making sure they received their item back. By the way, no offer of compensation of any type other than a refund, of course. Never have I ever had such bad customer service. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone, ever. I have already expressed my thoughts about this experience to many others.
