  I love my piece, However it does need a lot more work than what pictures showed. In face as it is now, it is not useable at all. Trying to find someone to renovate it. I was under the impression it was a white glove delivery, as in they brought it in and attached the doors. That did not occur. They plopped it down and left. So am not as pleased as I had been with past deliveries.

  This is a trashy piece of plastic made in Vietnam. I was out of town for work or would have returned. It is not wood. You should pull this seller immediately. Definitely will make me pause before buying in-app again.

  Ordering and payment was fine, but delivery fell short. I received an email on Friday, Nov 4th that my order had been picked up and would be delivered between Nov. 18th and Dec. 2nd. Later that same evening (Nov. 4th) I received a text that my order would be delivered the following morning (Sunday) between 9-11am. When I explained that I was away overnight with my family and asked if I could reschedule to another day or even just later on Sunday they refused. They ended up leaving the sofa in front of my door and driving away. I would think twice before ordering through Chairish again.

  The package was wrapped upside down with shipping label on the legs side which is where all the bubble wrap was. No sticker saying this side up. The table with the drawers is damaged beyond repair. I am very disappointed. My client is more upset. I have photos the top two drawers are completely split away and the top was loose in the box. I need to know how to proceed with shipping back. This is my first bad experience. I cannot blame on the delivery because the boxes were intact. The person who packaged the tables failed greatly.

  My experience with Chairish was pleasant overall. Very good communication from the seller on delivery. I anticipated a long lead time to have the piece delivered and it was as expected, took 4 weeks or so. The delivery service is 3rd party and only made deliveries to our area on weekends which initially posed a problem but we were able to work it out. Overall a good experience. The piece arrived in perfect condition and was more beautiful than the photos!

  This is my first purchase from Cherish, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was skeptical because the price of the Solo hand-woven rug I purchased was so significantly lower than the other Solo rugs I'd previously purchased from other stores. I'm talking a FRACTION of the other retail and sale prices. I could not be more pleased with my purchase. The rug is gorgeous, arrived in perfect condition (and on time) and works beautifully with my decor. So thank you Cherish and I will be back.....

  It's funny that I have received review requests for purchases on Chairish that have gone well, but I did not receive one for a purchase that did NOT go well! In fact, it went horribly wrong, and Chairish continues to NOT stand behind the listing. The transaction with these chairs went really well, but I purchased a table from another seller and it went really wrong. SOOOOOO disappointed in Chairish and how they are choosing to handle it.

  Ordering was efficient. Shipping was convenient but very expensive. The chairs I received were in much worse condition than appeared in the advertised photo. Unless buying a brand new item, I would hesitate buying an expensive piece of used furniture without being able to inspect it in person. Lesson learned, I will buy locally.

  I was hesitant to make the purchase, due to needing shipping, the cost of shipping, and having not seen the product in person, but ultimately decided that it was worth it. It was definitely worth it. The chairs arrived ahead of schedule and in wonderful condition. The driver communicated throughout the shipping process and delivered them right to my dining room. I love these chairs and I'm so happy I took the chance.

  It's funny that I received a review request for this purchase that went really well but did NOT receive one for a previous purchase I made with Chairish that went HORRIBLY. It will be interesting to see if they actually even post this review! My guess is they won't! What I've determined is that, when shopping on Chairish, you should only deal with "top-rated" sellers (big, reputable antique dealers) and NOT people selling a few items here and there out of their homes because Chairish does not vet these sellers or the items they are selling. I specifically asked if the $7,5000 table ($10,000 is what I paid in total with taxes, shipping, etc.) I was ordering had any sun fading because the woman said she had it in her dining room for decades and in the photos I could see that there was a lot of sunlight coming in the window at one end of the room) but was told by the seller that it did not. Furthermore, in the images you couldn't see any discoloration of the table. It looked perfect in the pictures. When I received the table, it was so faded that the two halves of the table were two completely different colors. It looked as if they had put two different tables together. I'm not even sure the table I received was the same table that was shown in the photos. The worst part is that Chairish will not stand up for me, the customer! They have zero integrity and have no intention of helping the customer when there is an issue. All I asked them to do was cover the "to" and "from" shipping of the table because I thought that was the right and fair thing for them to do under the circumstances, and they keep saying no. And they had no intention of letting me review that purchase, which is why I'm doing it here on a different item I ordered from Chairish.

  The china cabinet had a few more flaws than I expected. The transit company appeared to be very careful with it, however they left the display shelves and glass behind at their warehouse. The piece needed a really good cleaning and polishing.

  The chairs are fabulous! Exactly as described. Shipping was relatively quick and delivery was smooth. My only comment is that I didn’t receive a pre-notice of delivery. The driver called when he was a few hours away but I had no idea the chairs would be delivered that day so it is lucky I was home!
