  I bought a large trunk and was told via email that it could be over a month til delivery, which was fine with me; but in reality it was only a few days! It was delivered by "uship" and was handled and packed well--I am amazed at the delivery time and very happy with my purchase!

  The packaging was completely inadequate. the box was crushed, the item was sliding lengthwise within the package many inches with one end collapsed, as a result the entire wood nose of the artillery shell was pushed completely into the barrel and had to be pried out. There was damage to it as a result of this inadequate packaging. If it wasn't so much trouble seeing it back, I would. It's just not worth it. I won't be ordering from this seller again.

  My 1960's Cream colored armchair and ottoman were both wrapped in plastic and delivered damaged. The delivery person took photos and said that he would give the information to the company, nothing happened. I have sent repeated emails for Chairish to some and pick up the furniture and to refund my $2,900 Dollars. Ir's been over two weeks and this problem has not been resolved. I would never recommend working with this company.

  The photos didn’t show the extent of wear on the cushions or of the wood frame. Communication with Chairish and with the independent delivery people was very challenging. Given the expense of the chair, I expected better and more personal in every aspect. And/but I kept the chair. Just wanted to be done!

  Satisfied with the transaction and very happy with the product. The offer process is cumbersome and forces you to provide all payment and shipment info up front, which is frustrating. Other than notice of offer acceptance, I got no further communication from Charish until the seller advised of a shipping delay due to some extenuating circumstances. I now, however, seem to get daily promotional emails and the unsubscribe process is combersome.

  Chairs exactly as shown. Some upholstery stained as shown. Price was affordable compared to others on Chairish after looking for dining room chairs for months.   Hi, I’m a long-time Chairish customer and usually thrilled with my items. This time one of the salt&pepper shakers has a hole that is plugged up with some substance. I was planning to use this pair as a gift but now hesitate. I did not notice this at first within the timeframe for returning or complaining but want to know now if the seller can be notified about it. Nothing was mentioned about it in the ‘condition’ paragraphs. Or, perhaps the seller has knowledge of what is plugging it. Or, how it can be removed? Is there recourse for me at this time? Please advise.

  The delivery/shipping was fast and hassle-free. I wish I could give this item a 5-star review but the wood finish is very different in person than in the photos. They must have used a hard flash or something because the finish looks lighter and more yellow in the photos and in person it's darker and very orange and not what I was expecting.

  The condition of the chair is far worse than the description indicates. The foam is completely disintegrated all along the back of the chair. I never would have paid that much for a chair had I known the terrible condition it was in. I feel misled. Furthermore, the knoll label is not on the chair I received (only the ottoman). I feel like I was very much misled about the chair’s provenance and condition. I will not be purchasing again from your website ever again.

  The items that I purchased were exactly as pictured and per the written description. The seller was able to accommodate my needs and he responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion. He also made helpful suggestions that were beneficial to us both. His pricing was reasonable and items were shipped in a very timely fashion. Thank you, Matt. My delivery driver, Alin, was personable and professional. He was able to work with me to schedule my delivery so that it worked well for both of us. He also brought the items into my home, unwrapped them, took pictures for verification, and waited patiently for my inspection. Alin provided excellent service. I have used Chairish several times. Overall, I am very impressed with the Chairish website and the service that it provides for both buyers and sellers. I have and will continue to recommend it to others.

  I was surprised by the the condition of the table when received. The seller did a good job of photographing the object but should have given more written details. The table top finish was cracked and requires stripping. There were two damaged claws (only one seen in photographs).
