All the employees were super kind, patient, and honest. I was promptly helped. Big shoutout to the truck driver who came out to get my car (wish I could remember his name) but he was so nice and chatty! And he stood outside in 100+ degree weather and wasn’t ever less than friendly and patient!

Initial process was easy. They seemed to drop the ball at pickup and with communication during the pickup. This required multiple phone calls (with company rep hanging up on me), another day off work, and more phone calls. They were quick to tell me if I didn't answer my phone call during the pickup window, it would have to be rescheduled. They never showed on scheduled day, called the day after during rush hour and wanted me there with 30 minutes notice. I'm grateful the car is gone, but it wasn't a smooth process.

No problems,went well except some confusion with th dispatch at the yard. I stayed home waiting for the pick up of the vehicle and no one showed up when scheduled . I called the next day and got it worked out. The driver was pleasant.

I received a bid entirely online for my car, and the price was acceptable, but I was unsure whether they were "real", as opposed to scammers. I had received a higher bid from (online) people, whom I subsequently determined must be criminals. Anyway, because the web bid had provided an actual local address for "Cash for Cars", I decided to take my vehicle there, hoping to find them in person and conclude the deal face-to-face. I did find their location; I was convinced by the staff, office, and equipment I found there, that they were "real", and the staff there answered my questions about procedure and such, very fully and accurately. It turns out they really weren't expecting people like me to just show up out of nowhere, but I was able to resume telephone contact with the national staff, who run the web site, from right there in the local office. The telephone call quickly resulted in the necessary paperwork between national and local, and so in just a few minutes I was able to sign over my title, leave the keys and car, and arrange for taxi transport back to my home. All went much more smoothly than one might expect, given that I had made no prior arrangements for turnover, since receiving their online bid. I was very satisfied with the staff's interaction with me; their competence and care for my needs.

After another company reduced its offer price for my car (after evaluating it in person), I was worried that the same thing would happen here. Instead, the driver gave me exactly what was promised. The whole process was quick and easy. The truck driver who picked up my car arrived and left quickly and did not take up much of my time. Most importantly, I received a check for the amount promised over the telephone, despite that my car was totally dead, and the check cleared.

Very efficient. Everyone knows their job. The process is easy and quick. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is I feel they are a little tight with values. I went with them b/c I didn't care for the other two places I called. One had an attitude and the other sounded like he was doing me a huge favor. A little difficult contacting them and arranging a time because of an incorrect phone number that was given to us, but once set up ,they were responsive, on time, did exactly what they said they would do(including the price they would pay) and were very nice. I contacted Cash for cars to pick up my son's car that had a failing transmission. I was given a 4 hour window (8:00-12:00) when they would be by to pick up the car and was told i would receive a call about an hour before they arrive. I waited until almost noon before calling and was told there had been a problem with the tow truck but that they would be there by 1:30. At 1:30 I called again and was told the truck was still broken but they would send a different truck. Finally at 3:30 they arrived to pick up the car. My day shot waiting for these guys to give me a whopping $200 for my son's car.

Your driver doesn't know how to speak English. He never called me to let me know when to meet him at the location. He took the car without letting me know and I almost called the police for the car being stolen. He didn't apologize when he came back. He still never called me to let me know he was coming back. He knew nothing about your policies and your customer care. I just can't believe how bad your services are and I refuse to use them again.
