Spontaneous reviewStephanie was awesome, great communication. Be patient in email response time, initially, next day responses were well received. Shipping took a little longer than expected but kind of expected due to distance, shipping was free but due to rural location had to pay a small amount. Was shipped a few days later. Had to call Canpar (shipping) as a day late, however they accommodated and made sure order was here before noon next day. Overall experience was excellent, 1st time purchaser, have confidence in recommending to car clubs and wouldn’t hesitate to do business with this company again. Now that we have an expectation of time frame from order to shipping to delivery we can purchase in confidence. Canpar tracking was provided, so could check daily. Two thumbs up guys !

Spontaneous reviewI ordered some rotors online. First communication was a confirmation on the following Monday. That was cool. Then I received an invoice but I already paid online. No indication product had shipped until I received an email from Canpar. As a Canadian I like to use Canadian companies when I can but my experience was no Rockauto experience. Work on the delivery process and I could give higher marks. My experience was a little confused but I did receive the product in a reasonable time.

Spontaneous reviewI have a 2010 Mazda 3 that required a new AC condenser coil due to a leak in the OEM component. Ordered a replacement through Capital Auto Parts and received an email to confirm vehicle configuration for proper fitment. There was a slight glitch where I would receive another email request after verifying vehicle configuration, so I called and left a message. To my surprise, I was contacted by phone within a few minutes where they explained the email issue being experienced. They confirmed vehicle configuration right then and there and my order was shipped without delay. The new condenser arrived in about 2 days and I was extremely happy with the fit. No struggling at all and the AC technician pressure tested and recharged the system without any issues. AC in the vehicle performs like new and I’ll order from Capital Auto Parts again in the future. Thank you!
