  Kate, Jeff, Dafne and the whole team at Brighttax make a mostly cringeworthy prospect (having to do US taxes with little to no benefit to myself) into a frictionless experience. I've felt that this year especially there has a been a lot more proactive outreach with the webinars around the US tax obligations, CARES act payments for expats and other such engagements. I really appreciate things like this and I can guarantee that it will bolster the success of BrightTax for the future. As long as have citizenship ties to the US, I wouldn't imagine using anyone else for my expat tax affairs.Thank you very much for your ongoing improvement, dedication and professionalism.

  Allyson, Dafne, and Ted were all very professional and helpful. As Allyson was going on maternity leave near the end of the project she introduced me to Ted. But as it turned out she was able to finish the project even though it continued into mid June when I think she might have been on maternity leave.

  This year things went very well. Clear communication and timely filing of my taxes. I think the communication around Ryan leaving could have been better. It was very sudden and without a reason why he left it made me worry about why he left. Allyson was able to explain it well but I think the initial email could have given us some more information.

  The whole experience was efficient, professional and reassuring. My US citizen wife had not filed US tax returns since moving to Australia some 40 years ago (!) in the belief it was unnecessary. Bright!Tax made the process of catching up and getting compliant easy and low stress.
