  BrightTax has been easy to work with since my first contact. I reached out to several firms who specialize in expat taxes, and Allyson was the only one who made it easy for me to book the initial appt electronically (everyone else still seems to do stuff like this by email!) In addition, she answered all my questions and followed up on some open ones we had after the first call. I appreciated her thoroughness from the start. The filing process itself was easy (although your website could use some improvement in some areas, but that's not on her). The process was done in a timely manner, and she explained why my taxes due were higher than expected. All and all, I'm happy with the ease of service she provided, and I am very likely to work with you all in the future.Thank you!

  I am extremely pleased. A working relationship was developed and maintained in a most professional manner. All communications were conducted via the internet and were prompt and informative.Please include a statement for the possible need to use alternative browsers while conducting payment and / or questionnaire requirements in applicable communications. Internet Explorer, in Greece, did not support these requirements. Without hesitation, the staff did provide me with the solution via email.

  As they did last year, Allyson Lindsey and Dafne Adams together made filing our US return 2018 from the UK so easy - the Secure Client Box takes little time to fill in, Dafne sends encouraging messages once the box has been finalised, after which Allyson, who is deeply knowledgeable of US tax law, gets the job done within hours. We look over the returns, sign them, place them into the box, and then pay the remainder of the fee, thanks to Dafne's transparent and clear billing system and easy payment mechanism. From when we first started talking last year and her filing my 2017 taxes, to this year and filing my 2018s, she has always been super responsive, patient, and clear in answering my many questions, and I appreciated the professionalism and feeling like I was being taken care of. No one likes filing taxes, but working with BrightTax! has been painless. Although in the past I always just used H&R Block's free tax filing tool, I have special circumstances now where I'm filing for FEIE and I wanted to be sure it was done exactly correct. I feel confident that Allyson has done that for me, and I will definitely be using Bright Tax for my future projects!

  I found Bright!Tax very a very professional group to deal with . There was lots of clarification of the process, quick follow up, and the quoted cost was adhered to.   This was my first time filling taxes from abroad and Allyson reached out to me and arranged a Skype call where she explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. She was so patient and knowledgeable.Filling out the online information and uploading the files was easy and took very little time. Allyson and Dafne kept in touch via email the whole time.The whole process only till a couple of weeks from start to finish. And would have been less time but I was waiting to revive my 1099.
