Sendinblue is a very helpful email service which provides us precise information about our subscribers, however I expect that it doesn't remove subscribers who don't open or click our campaigns just in first or second time. Many thanks.

Our company hasn't been with Sendinblue that long (just 2 months), however thousands of emails later we really like the service. We primarily signed up for the SMTP app and really like the logs and statistics on our transactional emails sent. So far we are happy with our choice and feel Sendinblue by far offers the best features for SMTP.

I’m a newbie to sendinblue so haven’t used it to it’s full value. I will say however that the customer service I got when I ran into a small problem was way better than the other ESPs I have used in the past. Really helpful and prompt customer service that actually resulted in a solution.

I am new to creating newsletters. I have tried two other services and found them either more robust or easier to learn. One thing sendinblue insists upon that I find annoying is all email addresses in my list must approve being included before they can receive any newsletters. I discovered this when trying out test newsletters on my test group. Other services use an honor system instead. I know this will become a problem when I go to transfer an existing mailing list that I have been using of current followers.
