    All of my emails end up in customer's junk file. I am trying to resolve this by following Sendinblue's instructions but it's still happening. My test emails to myself go in my Junk box. I am sure it's something that I am doing, but there's little interest to help me out. On top of this, I don't believe simply sending a customer a link is actually customer service. I have used other email applications; MailChimp and Constant Contact -- I didn't have this problem.

    Sendinblue saved my holidays. I had been using ConstantContact to do my holiday ecards for several years and the key feature I needed (ability to have different messaging in each card) was not functioning this year. So the tool was completely useless to me. Since it was already New Year's Eve when I started, I needed to scramble to find an alternate tool and Sendinblue came to the rescue. I cancelled my ConstantContact account and am looking forward to next year's holiday cards now that I have something reliable.

    We attempted to move from Mailchimp to SendinBlue. SendInBlue couldn't support our list for whatever reason, despite multiple attempts. We went back to Mailchimp less than two weeks later. The customer service tried to help and we got all of our money back, but the SendinBlue product was totally useless

    I complained that my logo would never be displayed in the emails sent out but no one got back to me from your company. Many times your own logo doesn't appear when you email me. But that is a minor problem. I know that I have a free account and am limited to 300 emails per day, which is fine. I like your system for what I use it for and have no complaints about it. I don't know how the other companies work so I can't compare it to others. That is why I have given you an average rating

    Send in Blue is a great mailing platform. I recommend it! One down-side: it is a little difficult to find and get personal help. Sometimes I wish I could just ask someone a question about how to do something or find something. I am a novice and it is not so intuitive when you do not have the technical vocabulary.

    I'm pleasantly surprised at Send In Blue's service. They are reasonably priced, and have easy-to-use applications to get people started in email marketing. My cohorts in business were impressed enough by what I showed them of my campaigns with SIB, that they're considering moving their 5 businesses out of Constant Contact and into SIB. Sometimes the drag and drop email builder feature runs a bit slow, but I can't be sure if it's my processing speed or if it's on their end. But, I was a user of another platform and after joining SIB, I can't see a reason to leave them or go to another platform.

    The customer service number is not helpful if you are troubleshooting more complex problems like the new ad retargeting functionality... it seems nobody in the customer service department is knowledgeable on the subject... it also takes a few days for any fixes to occur... it seems like every time I call in, I'm talking to someone new that I have to fill in on the existing issues... overall I believe the customer service (while the people themselves are kind) could use some serious improvements.

    Send in blue add non human readable tackback links to your emails which are non secure. To remedy this that insisted that I pay them more money to get a security certificate. I ended the service because of this.

    After all the time I spent setting up website triggers based on page visits, workflows didn't work even after giving admin access to my website. As if that wasn't enough, Sendinblue wanted FTP access to my site. I've requested a full refund but I can't get my time back so I'm at more of a loss.
