  the order was delivered promptly and on time. One of the paint cans had an obvious big dent (during transport?), but did not leak nor open, thankfully. The packaging looked normal, so maybe it was dented before shipping?

  Great prices on bottom paint. Saved about $60/ga. Fast shipping and great customer service. I over estimated my order of paint and they gladly took back what was unopened. I did pay return shipping but that was about $22.00 /ga.UPS across Florida. No hazardous shipping charges.

  They must not package the paint very well because half way threw shipping the paint came open and the whole gallon had to be thrown in the garbage. So never got the paint, gave me refund, but no offer to get different gallon of paint quicker. Would have taken another 7-10 days to receive new one. Try telling customers sorry you have to wait at least another week! So it make my business look bad because they didn’t pack well enough to keep it from being damaged! Could have at least offered something to help! When I talked to them it was like Oh Well. On my end I end up loosing $ for taking longer then I said. That my choice to save my reputation. Any good business I feel should do something to make things right! I guess they feel differently?? Sad they loss my business.

  The delivery was fast and the product was good. I cancelled one of my three seperate orders and the money was refunded quickly. My only complaint would be the packaging. I had two gallons of gelcoat delivered at seperate times and each one had a side of the can caved in with gelcoat leaking out of them although not much was lost it had a very strong odor coming from the package. Other than that everything was fine and I would order from them again.
