  Price was not too bad, due to what it was shipping was very high. Also I ordered a color tent agent that was supposed to be a light blue, well it was a very dark blue, I had to reorder a white tent so I could try to get a color to a light blue so I can match the boat I am repairing

  I had to cancel my order, as the paint I purchased could not be shipped to my state. I chatted with them the day after placing the order to ask for expected arrival time and they pointed this out to me (I had read it the week prior, but was having trouble finding pool paint and the next time I saw it, I did not pay attention.) They processed the refund while I was still on the chat with them, so even though I couldn't get what we wanted, I was pleased with their service. We have purchased from them in the past and the paint arrived the next day.

  I opened the can of ablative bottom paint the day after it arrived by mail. I had my boat taped off and ready for paint. I began stirring the paint, just as I did the last qt I purchased from "bottompainstore" two weeks prior, and found out that it was a big ball of gunk. There was no stirring this. I contacted customer service and the lady tells me that it sometimes settles during transit. This was not settled, it has never been stirred. After I got off the phone with her I emailed them a picture and they said they received it and would contact the manufacturer, blue water marine. I wound up driving 10 miles to Lowes and begged them to stir it with their machine. It took 3 times at a total of 8 minutes to get it completely liquified. Once again, it was not from "settling" during transit. I think they should make sure every can they send out is shook up for the customer to prevent these types of hassles. I have still not heard back from the "bottompainstore". Think I will stick with their competitor in Rhode Island from now on.

  They told me that it would be 10 days to 2 weeks before my order could be filled! I was a little upset because there not too far from me. The girl I spoke to was less than totally ignorant. I decided to cancel my order and get it sent from grainger. Grainger said it would be there in 3 days. I got an email the next day that my order was shipped and would be delivered the next day. That was from bottom paint store.

  There seems to be a lack of communication with the supplier. I received my order last week on April 29th. With no mention of it ever being shipped. Then yesterday 5-3-2020 or today 5-4-2020 I recieved and email stating my order in delayed due a manufacturers issue with the national blue. I do have my order though and I'm excited to use your product. The lines of communication need to improve though in all areas.

I have had several issues with the website not being as mobile friendly as it could be, however as soon as I call, staff correct the issue and my order ships without delay.
